The Assistant (Niall Horan COMPLETED)

*Chapter 11*

*Kayleigh's POV*
Today is Hayley's engagement party and we all were so excited. I fell asleep last night at 12:30AM thinking of what Niall said. I don't know yet if I was gonna forgive him yet, he seemed like he was being truthful. I just, I don't know! I want to forgive him but I don't know yet. I think I'm gonna go get breakfast since its 9:30AM. I was walking down the stairs when I bumped into the one person I was trying to ignore. I looked up at him, he was already looking at me.
"Um sorry, I wasn't really paying attention." I said looking anywhere but his eyes.
"It's okay. Um your mom made breakfast and left it on the counter cause she had to go figure out things with your sister for the party tonight." He said kindly. Wow, he didn't push for an answer on if I forgave him? He really is following my rule on I need time to figure this out. He actually listens, that's a plus. So while I was up last night I kind of made a pros and cons on why I could be friends with Niall. So the list so far is:
Pros:
- I actually have a fun time with him
- He listens
- He wants to get along
- He gave me an apology
- He is so nice to me even when I'm a bitch to him

Cons:
-He hurt me in the past
I can't figure anything else for the cons but the pros I can list like that! And I always smile when I forget about the past and I can have a good time with him when I'm not thinking about it. I hope he goes to my sisters party tonight so I can talk to him cause if I go up to him right now, he won't bother me like I said before he actually listens to me about giving me time to figure it out.

We had just started to get ready for the party! I can't wait to tell Niall I forgive him!! All the guys left to go over to Cody and Hayley's house to get ready so we could have space to get ready. While all of us girls stayed at my mom and dad's house.
I loved the dress I had found for the party.
Finally we all put our dresses on and we were doing our hair. Sophia had decided to her hair curly with her knee length dress and heels. Brooke had decided to do her hair in a sleek ponytail that was pin straight with her dress being black and white at the top and all black at the bottom with pinky colored heels. I had decided to do my hair pin straight with some type of braid to hold back my hair from covering my face with my blue bandage dress and my nude colored heels. We all did our makeup natural but more night time feel. If that makes sense?
We finally got our shoes and out the door we went!

We had just gotten to the yacht house and it was quite beautiful to be honest! My sister picked the perfect place for this and now she even found a place for the wedding! I'm so excited for that!! The guys were almost here, I hope Niall's coming I really need to talk to him. Then guests would be arriving soon!
All of the guys walked in but Niall? Why isn't he here, he was invited? I walked over to Louis.
"Hey Lou, why isn't Niall here?" I asked  with a sad look on my face.
"Uh he thought he shouldn't come since you wanted time to think things over." He said.
"O-oh, I was hoping he would come so I could talk to him." I said looking at the ground.
"Seriously? He's such an idiot, we all told him to come but he didn't want to invade your space." He said happily.
"Yeah I wanted to talk to him about everything we talked about last night." I said, "But more peacefully rather then yelling at each other."
"Do you want me to call him? And tell him to get his lazy ass off the couch?" He said chuckling at the end.
"U-uh yeah but don't tell him anything about me wanting to talk to him, cause knowing him, he'll probably think you said that to get him to come." I said laughing.
"That's probably true" he said laughing taking his phone out and calling Niall. Okay so I'm actually going to do this! Okay I can do this.
*Louis's POV*
Come on Niall, pick up the damn phone! The girl you love wants to talk to you!
" 'Ello?" Niall said.
"Ni, hey I need you to come down here to the party cause I need someone to hang out with!" I said laughing.
"Why don't ya hang out with Kayleigh, Liam and Sophia, or Harry and Brooke?" He asked, the stubborn ass he was.
"Well you know Liam and Sophia, and Brooke and Harry are being all cute while Kayleigh is hanging out with her family!" I said laughing, Kayleigh smiling as I said that.
"Fine I'll come down. To get in do I have t' be dressed nice?" He asked.
"Yeah bud, you do" I said laughing.
"Fine I'll be there in 10." He said hanging up.
"He'll be here in 10 minutes, Kayls" I said smiling.
"Thank you so much, Louis!" She said hugging me!
"Your welcome kiddo, your like a little sister to me." I said hugging her back, "I'm gonna go sit by the table, and you can wait for him."
I walked away back to the table, hoping he would get the nerve to tell her soon how he feels. Everyone knows that he loves her besides him, just by the way he looks at her! How can she not see it?
*Niall's POV*
God Louis better be happy I'm coming down to see him. I finally got there and pulled in to a spot. I walked in and saw Louis sitting at the table, I started walking towards him when Kayleigh came up to me. Oh no.
"We need to talk." She said taking my hand and pulling me outside into the garden area of the place. When she grabbed my hand it felt like electricity shot up my arm.
"What do we need to talk about?" I asked.
"Don't play dumb Niall." She said giving me a look, "Me and you is what we're talking about."
"So you've thought about everything?" I asked.
"Yeah, and..." She started to say but she looked down at her feet.
"I forgive you and I wanna be friends." She said.
"I understand why ya don't forgive me and I-" I said but I cut myself off, "Wait did ya just say ya forgive me?"
"Yeah I did" she said giggling.
"Good." I said hugging her and she hugged me back.
"Maybe you could help me write some songs?" She asked looking at me.
"Yeah totally." I said just looking at her, she looked gorgeous tonight.
"You wanna go back inside? And talk to Louis since he actually is alone." She said laughing.
"Wait? Did he just say that t' get me down here so ya could talk t' me?" I asked looking down at her as we walked back to the room. I just watched her hips sway as she walked, then she turned around while walking and she was in heels too, impressive.
"Yeah cause I saw that you didn't come with the guys so I asked Louis why." She said smiling at me. God I love that smile. We had walked into the room and the DJ had music and everyone was dancing, all the girls took off their heels to dance.
"Ya want t' dance?" I asked her.
"Sure, let me take off my heels so I actually can dance." She said laughing holding onto me so she could take off her heels. Now she was 2 or more inches shorter, I can look down at her now, we weren't basically the same height. We went over to the dance floor when the song ended and a slow song started. Oh god. I started to walk away when Kayleigh caught my arm.
"Where do you think your going?" She asked looking up at me.
"I thought we could wait to dance to a fast song?" I asked.
"No I love this song!" She said laughing and pulling me onto the dance floor. She put my arms around her waist then she put her arms around my neck. I recognized the song to be Tenerife Sea by Ed.
"So I wanna talk more about why you did it soon?" Kayleigh asked looking at me.
"Yeah that's fine ask me anything you want about it." I said looking down at her.
"Okay I just want to enjoy tonight." She said smiling at me.
"Me too." I said  smiling back, looking down at the girl I was crazy for. I'm so thankful Louis called me or this wouldn't be happening.
