Dedicated to MY FIRST EVER FAN... as much as a creeper as I might sound to you guys... I just wanted to thank you guys for get OVER 100 READS! That's really appreciated here, and I'm very thankful for you guys. At first when I started this book, I was really scared because I was afraid people would laugh at my story or no one would read it or something, but thank you guys for reading it in the first place if your even reading this author's note right now! THANKS.

I called over Dan first, who tried to stop some bleeding and washed out the cuts with his water abilities. It didn’t help much though, because Alec was still bleeding fast. Avery was the next person that seemed helpful. I called her and at first she was saying that maybe if he wasn’t such a jerk and blah blah blah else, but I could hear in the background that she was on her way, and she was here within two minutes of hanging up on me.

“Can you help him?” I asked hoarsely and held onto Alec’s hand. He wasn’t talking much, but I think he was in too much shock to say anything from what happened to him. Also, he was slipping in and out of unconsciousness.

“Yeah, but you two might want to stand back. Dan, while I’m helping Alec, you call the rest of the guys home. Leave them voicemails if they don’t answer, or text them if you have to, just get them back home.” Avery commanded with her natural ability to take control of anything.

Dan nodded and rushed out of the room at her command. “Alright, Lavender, you stand back, don’t touch me or him, or you could really hurt yourself, so don’t hold his hand either. He’ll be fine.” she said and cupped his face. “You’ll owe me after this, big time.”

She closed her eyes and put her hands where his heart would be. I didn’t see anything happen at first, until I saw that, ever so slowly, his flesh was turning it’s normal shade and flesh was being pieced back together. On top of that happening, slowly, all of Alec’s cuts and bruises were being put onto Avery’s skin. I gasped, but held myself back chanting in my head that Avery always knew what she was doing.

Afterward, when Alec was completely healed, Avery let him go and sat back on the bed, looking completely exhausted. I noticed that on her, the wounds were fading fast, like the skin was soaking them up.

“I’m just… gonna… lie here for awhile.” she whispered and fell slowly onto Alec’s chest and was asleep before she even hit his stomach.

Alec didn’t know what to do, and patted her back awkwardly. I giggled and he glared. “Thanks for you know, saving me and all. What do I do with her?”

“I think you should just stay there, I’ve seen what has happened when people try to move her in her sleep, and it’s not pretty for that person, or anyone else for that matter.” I laugh and switch off the light and close the door. They would still look perfect together, even if Avery is Dan’s mate and Avery loves David, I’m sure that they will find each other in some way.

Now, the big mystery is, who did this? And who are they going to strike next? Hopefully it’s someone that can handle it, like Avery, as terrible as that sounds. I run my hands through my hair as the guys get home and I block their way before they can enter Alec’s room.

“He’s fine now, he is just sleeping.”

“Where’s Avery?” Hector asks and looks around.

“She kind of… passed out on top of him from helping him. I told him to not move her unless he wants a tornado in his apartment. So, everyone has to be quiet so she can sleep, and don’t tell anyone about what has happened tonight.”

They all nod and we end up at the dining room table, sipping on hot chocolate with a lot of marshmellows and whip cream. “So, what do you think did it?” Victor asks, voicing what we were all thinking.
