It was 7pm and Eda and Raine were out for the night meaning the kids got to have a game night! While Hunter looked through the games, Luz tried getting all her other siblings downstairs.
Luz: come on king, it will be fun!
The human cheered as she chased after her little brother.
King: heck no! The last time we did a game night I nearly got decapitated!
King scurried under the table and hid in front of the mirror but unfortunately for him, something dragged him through the mirror. he screamed and closed his eyes but opened them when he noticed he was being placed into Luz's arms.
Collector, halfway phasing through a mirror: here you go, Luz!
Luz:why, thank you collie!
King:*gasps* betrayed by my own sibling, best friend and knight! Who could you!
Collector: it's revenge for when you put spiders in my hair!
King:I didn't know you were scared of them!
Luz:alright that's enough you two.
Luz sighed as she placed king on the ground and collector jumped out of the mirror after that Luz walked over to the table, where vee was at.
Hunter, going through the games:okay so, uno?
Vee:we're banned from that.
Hunter:chess?
King:that's boring!
Hunter:okay then, just dance?
Luz:this is board games, Hunter.
Hunter:okay then, twister?
King:SOME of us are banned from that.
Collector:says the one who's banned from connect four.
King: at least I don't twist my limbs to look like mangle!
Hunter: okay then how about jennga?
Luz and king:no.
Vee: do we have monopoly?
Hunter:hmm, let me check.
Hunter scavenged through the board games until he found 'monopoly' and sets it on the table.
Luz: who knew Eda had so many board games.
Vee: and I thought she just collected skeletons.
Luz:oh yeah, I forgot about the skeletons in her closet!
Vee:...
Vee:I was joking-
Hunter:okay! Here are you guys pieces, Luz gets the duck, vee gets the penguin, king gets the terrier, collector gets the cat and I get the top hat.
Vee:ooo, nice.
Luz:alright! Let's begin!
Everything was going well! Everyone was happy and cheery and it was all smooth sailing until 20 minutes later.
Luz:I HATE YOU!!!!!
Hunter:OH, WELL NEXT TIME DONT STEAL MY MONOPOLY!!!
Vee:Hunter, give Luz your $200. You landed on his property.
Hunter:NO, SHES IN JAIL! IM NOT GIVING MONEY TO A CRIMINAL!
Luz:That's not how you PLAY!!!
Collector: oh, yay! I bought another house!
Vee:shut the fuck up collie, you don't get to talk after stealing my LAST RAILROAD!
Luz:I WISH I WAS NEVER BORN!!!!
Hunter:ME TOO! YOU THINK I WANTED THIS!?
vee:AAAAAAA-
Collector:hey, maybe we should just calm down a bit? I mean we should all remember kindness and forgiveness is key-
King:HA! I just stole $300,000 from you collie!
Collector:...
Collector: fuck it, forgiveness is dead.
King:huh?-
Before king could even process anything he felt a heavy punch on his stomach that sent him out of his chair. The titan didn't waste time running as the celestial child chased after him and around the living room while vee hid under the table and Luz argued with Hunter before narrowly dodging a chair that flew past her head.
This was going to be a looooooooong night.
