Park

Lana's POV

I woke up with my arms wrapped around her and I swear there's no better feeling than what I have when I'm close to her.

She moved a bit and slowly opened her eyes.

"Good morning babe" she said in a husky morning voice and rubbing her eyes.

"Good morning" I replied removing some hair that fell on her face and kissing her lips softly.

I got up for a shower as Marina made some breakfat for us and when I got out I could smell cinnamon.

"What smells so good?" I asked as I got into the kitchen.

"I just made a cake with cinnamon, I know you love it. It's almost done." She replied and went to check on the cake as I just sat there with a dumb smile resting on my lips.

"What do you think about taking a walk on the park today and enjoy the weather?" I asked as we ate.

"That would be awesome" she said and I could see that she was quite excited about that. I'll never get enough of her cuteness.

We ate in a comfortable silence, enjoying each other and smirking while we stared from time to time until my phone began to ring. "Excuse me, dear" I got up and answered it.

"Hey, Lana. We already settled everything up." The voice throught the phone said as I nooded and then remembered they couldn't see me.

"Awesome! I don't even know how to thank you!" I replied jumping from excitement. "You don't have to, we are just as excited as you are about it." The voice said and I thanked them once more before hanging up.

"Who was it?" Marina asked when I came back and sat in front of her again. 

"It was my manager, he said the first music video for Honeymoon will be out in 3 days." I replied and she smiled at me.

"So, can we go?" I asked and we went out holding hands.

We kept smiling all the way to the park and when we arrived there we just sat a bit, observing the lake.

"I used to come here when I was a teenager, it's one of the places that calms me down and I also know some secret places here" I said and she looked at me. "What secret places?" She asked seeming really curious about it. "Like, the place were there are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Wanna see it?" I asked and she quickly nodded so I got up and took her to the place. 

We stopped in front of some medium trees and bushes. "You will have to close your eyes first." She rolled eyes at me before closing them. 

"Okay, you can open your eyes when I say so." I stood behind her and she seemed so calm. "1, 2, 3... Surprise" She opened her eyes and let out a loud gasp before covering the big smile in her face as if she was so happy it was a shame. "Elizabeth... H-how did you make this??" There were bouquets and roses all around the place and chairs and a table settled in the middle with a picnic for us.

"Derek and Victoria helped me, I've been planing something really special for you." I said getting closer to her.

"I'd like to make the biggest party of the world and fill it with millions of roses just to call your attention because what I'm going to ask now may change our lives in the most beautiful way ever. I never had a doubt about you and for some seconds I thought I could wait but then I realized that there's no patience for me when it comes of you" Her smile was wide and tears were in the corner of her eyes. 

I kneeled in front of her, mimicking what she did months ago to ask me if I'd be her girlfriend. 

"Marina Lambrini Diamandis, will you be my wife?" I asked and at this point we were both crying and smiling like we were mad. "Of course I will!" She replied and I got the ring, placing it on her finger.

The truth it's that I'll always be hers.
