Daniel's P.O.V

"Dan! Daniel!" I hear and wake up on the couch. I look at Kayla and she smiles. "Your mom said to wake you for dinner." She says. "What did we do today? I don't remember." I say.

"Well, we went to school. When I got here I met your mom then we went up to your room and you sang for me. And you told me about your brother who was a DJ." She says. "You sang along with me and told me I should consider making singing videos." I say sitting up.

"Yeah. Are you okay?" She asked sitting next to me. I put my face into my hands and shake my head. "What's wrong?" She asked putting her hand on my back. "I just had the weirdest dream." I explain. "Wanna talk about it?"

"No, we should probably go eat dinner." I say and she nods. "Hey, I'm always 2 blocks and a phone call away. Don't forget that." She tells me as I stand up. "I know." I say as we stand up. "Thanks Kay, come here." I say and she hugs me. I hug back, I didn't want to let go.

I remember exactly what happened now.

-Flashback-

After I sang I'm Yours, Kayla just stared at me. "Oh my god! Your amazing!" She exclaims. "Thanks." I say with a smile. "You should post those videos, you never what will happen." She says.

"I don't know." I say. "I think, you should just go for it." She tells me and I smile. "Maybe." I say. "Maybe?" She asked. "Yeah, maybe." I answer.

Hmm, maybe....

-End Of Flashback-

We then made the maybe song and ran downstairs to watch TV. I guess I must've fell asleep while we were watching TV.

I pull away from our hug and Kayla smiles. "Your mom made lasagna, come on!" She says grabbing my hand and pulling me into the kitchen. Throughout dinner we all just talked and laughed. Jack joined us. It was a good dinner.

The best dinner I've had so far since I moved here.

Sorry it's such a short chapter but today was a stressful day. Its the first day of school.
