Laura's P.O.V

"Now why would you do that? You probably ruined their relationship." Mom says. "Mom I feel bad enough, please don't make me feel worse." I say. I wanted to cry. Just break down and cry. I liked him since I laid my eyes on him, 5 months ago. His chocolate eyes met mine and it was hard to get him out of my head. "Well good. You should." She says and I look up at her, my eyes began to water. "Laura." She finally was concerned. "I'm sorry that I ruined your career. I was just- I was being stupid." I say before wanting to walk away. Mom obviously stopped me.

"Whoa, wait a minute." She says grabbing my arm, stopping me. "I like him mom. I really do and I tried hard to hold myself back and I can apologize a million times if I want but it doesn't matter. The friendship that I had with him is gone. It'll never go back to that, thanks to me. Not only did I lose him but I lost Kayla. She doesn't deserve this and I probably just ruined it all for her. I don't like hurting people ma, I don't like hurting people." I cried out. "Come here. Its okay baby, its okay."

Daniel's P.O.V

I'm laying in Kayla's bed, staring at her fan. Watching it spin. Thinking. Kayla went to the store with Jessica. I'm all alone. Just thinking. "Hey." I hear from the door and my thoughts run off. I look at the person and smile. "Hey Jamie." I say. "I made pizza, thought you'd like a slice." She says, handing me a plate. "Thank you." I reply taking the plate.

"You seem very interested in that fan. What you thinking about?" She asked. "Just stupid stuff." I answer. "That deep of thought can't be stupid." I look at her and she gives me a look. "Kayla told you." I state but it sounded more like a question. "My daughter is no fool." I laugh a little. "Trust me I know."

"What's going on Dan?" Jamie asked. "I don't know. I just- she's just- I can't get her out of my head! I don't want to lose her Jamie but something deep down inside is telling me something wrong is gonna happen." I say. "Calm down. I'll tell you what, Kayla wants to go to this party tonight, why don't you go with her and have yourselves a good time. Just forget all about, Luna? Lizzy? Lola? Lilly?"
"Laura." I say with a laugh.
"That was a test. You failed."
"I mean, who?"

We both laugh as Kayla walks in. "What did I miss?" She asked. "She's kicking me out." I say. "Mom!"
"What a liar!" Jamie says and I laugh. "I gotta go." I say getting off her bed and kissing Kayla's cheek. "Wait, where are you going?" Kayla asked. "I gotta get ready. A little birdie told me were going to a party tonight." I say with a wink and leave.

I'm at the party having so much fun. Not gonna lie though, I did accidentally grab a drink. I thought it was water, oops! Kayla on the other hand.... But then again Kayla was never a good girl. Always getting in trouble at school. I kinda had a feeling she was gonna end up drinking. I also have a feeling this isn't her first time drinking too. Hayes and Jessica were here too. Hayes has had a few drinks but I don't think he's mildly drunk. Jessica hasn't drank at all. Thank the Lord.

I'm dancing with Kayla right now. "You having fun?" She asked and I nodded as the song ended. "I have to use the bathroom, do you know where it is?" I asked. "Uh- I um- what were we talking about?" She's obviously drunk by now. "Bathroom?" I say with a small laugh. "Right." She giggles and assist me to the bathroom. I go inside and let out a breath. Okay Daniel, so far so good. What could possibly ruin the night? I wash my hands and walk out. I go to find Kayla but find Jess instead.

Kayla's P.O.V

The room is spinning, I need to take a sit. I go to walk off when I almost fall and Hayes catches me. "Thank god your here." I say. "Always here to pick you up when you fall." He says with a laugh and I just smile. "Come on, lets be you so bread and water." He says, helping me walk. He walks me to the backyard where its quiet. No one is out here. He then gets me a slice of bread and a cup of water.

"Thanks." I say. "Anytime." He says sitting down next to me. "You know one day I want to be just like Daniel." I say taking a bite of my bread. "Oh really?" He says with a laugh. "Yeah. I want to live my dream with my prince charming by my side. The only thing is, I don't want to leave you. You're my best friend." He smiles, such a cute smile. "I'm not gonna stop you from doing something you wanna do."

"I'm glad you feel that way." I say before pressing my lips to his. I can't do this. I quickly pulled away and looked down. "I'm sorry." I whisper. "Kayla." He says. "Kayla!" I hear from behind me. There stood Daniel. Staring at us. "Dan I-"
"Save it." He walked off and I looked at Hayes.

"Why would you do that?" Hayes asked. "I'm sorry Hayes. He did it to me, I needed to get him back but I can't. Even when I don't know what I'm talking about, I can never hurt him."

Sorry it took me so long, it was a rough week loves. I'm fine though. Stay strong for whatever comes next in your life, cause better things are coming.
