"What just happened?" Sky asks us as we start walking towards the forest. "I don't know but people were getting arrested." I say. I don't want to tell her what happened before we left. "You think they'll check for the rest?" Zander asks. Sky and I both say the same thing; "No." But the truth is, I don't know.

That guy with the guns has to be a chief of police but why did he say wipe them? Did they do something that we don't know about? "Max? I think we need to head home." Sky softly says to me. I rub my hair and touch my spike in the front. Maybe she's right I think to myself. "What if the cops are there?" Zander says. He's right. "Well where do we go?" I ask. "The forest." Sky says without looking at us.

It's been forty minuets in this tremendously giant forest and we have not done nothing but tell stories. "Hey do you guys remember in ninth grade when we snuck into that restaurant with Gregg?" Skylarr asks, laughing. "Oh God that night was amazing! I had my first beer that night!" Zander says.

I laughed as we passed the same tree from a few years back when we carved out initials. "We must be pretty far in." Zander says. I could feel the ground shaking below. "Hey this forest isn't close to a highway is it?" I asks them. "Nope. It leads to a hill view of the city. But it'll take a long time to get there," Sky says.

The light from the moon lit my skin as the wind messed up my spike in the front of my hair. I look up at the moon. No one can tell but I am exhausted. My eyes are bloodshot and my hands and feet are colder than a glacier. "Okay guys are we lost?" I ask them. They both turn towards me with a scared look on their faces. "Why is there a deer carcass back here?!" Zander yells at me. I put my finger over my mouth. "Shhh! Something may be back here" I whisper as Sky starts to walk towards a small device. Zander and I follow behind.

This device had four little rubber-looking balls sticking out from each end. the middle was greenish with a metallic coating over it along with a tiny hole in the middle. I bend down to my knees and start to examine the device.

"I wonder what would happen if-" It seems those words aren't going to make this better. How can I put this without saying it wrongly. The device explodes in my face, knocking me in to what I would like to say a coma. Oh and Z and Sky haven't  been spared.
