Chapter 20

         I got to the school and park next to Jim who was carrying containers into the gym, I open my trunk and start carrying containers into the gym and Jim asked if I was good to carry these containers and I told him that the doctors said I was good to go back to my regular duty and he went and got more containers and said that he never meet a stubborn woman like me and I just laugh which led to us both laughing with people staring at us. We got back to work setting up the tables, we sat in our chairs waiting for students to come to our tables which would be soon. I told Jim that I would be right back and he got up and asked if I wanted him to come back and I told him I was good. I stood the hallway and answer my phone and it was Jessica," Jessica is everything ok," no, where are you," I'm the local high school for career day," ok what time do you get done," I get done at 3:30 and then I have a shift 5 pm until 7 am," ok, Nolan and I will be there don't leave there," ok what is going on," I can't say over the phone," is about my safety," yes, if you could don't say anything to Zack about this," ok see you when you get here," watch your back, are you by yourself," no, Jim is here with me," ok don't leave his side after you get back into the gym," ok," we did contact William to let him know what is going on," ok, I have to get back into the gym," ok we will see you get there." I got back into the gym into our section and Jim ask what was wrong and I told him what I was told. He told me when we get back to the station, he was going to talk to William about him riding with me. I told him that I would be fine by myself and he gave me a look that I said ok. We answer so many questions that student had for us, we gave five of the student's information on the police academy and how they could apply. We got done and started to clean up when I saw Jessica and Nolan came walking in and Jim and I could tell that they were scanning the area for any threat. We got the last container clean pack up and Jim said that he was going to start load the vehicles and Nolan said that he was going to help him so we could get out of there faster. Jessica and I help tear down tables and the principal thanks us for coming in and he ask if I would be willing to coming in next month to a class talking about all I been through and what led me to be a police officer, and I told him that I would be here. Nolan and Jim came back in and said everything was load that they were ready to leave. I grab my bag and Jessica said that she would ride with me, the principal came up to me with a Starbuck gift card from the parents of the school and I told him to tell them thank you but I didn't need it and he said that they wouldn't take it back, I put it in my wallet and told him I would see him next month. I got to my trunk and put my bag in and got in. I asked Jessica if she was sure that she wanted to ride with me and she said yes and that if she didn't want to ride with me that she wouldn't. I followed Jim to the station and Nolan follow behind me along with a couple of patrol vehicles, we got to the station, and the patrol car went on by. I grab my bag so I could dinner before my shift, Nolan and Jim walk behind Jessica and I and we got into the building William told all of us to come into his office. We all sat down, and Jessica turn to me and I know that she had question for me." Heather have you heard from Oliver or Kelly," no, they been pretty quiet, why," we got call up to the prison where Kelly and Oliver are being house this morning," why, what is wrong that you are not telling me," I don't know how they did it, but they escape along with Ava," they all was in the same prison," yes," how stupid are the judges to put them in the same prison," we weren't there but from what we were told that they didn't know that they were family and when they did noticed that they were related, they were getting them move into different prison," so why do you think that they contact me for," we found a letter address to you, we are going to let you read it and then will speak again," ok."

          Dear Heather,                                                                                                                                                                               I wanted to say that Kelly and I are escaping and leaving this town for good we learn messing with you only end with us getting caught and in more trouble than we want to have, we wanted to warn you about Ava she not as smart as us not that matter, she know that you guys adopted Addison and Aiden and she wants them back with her saying that they shouldn't have been separate from Zack but we all know that he didn't want to raise any more children, we know you are wondering what does this have to do with you, we know that she want you dead at any cost but we don't know what they plan is, when we told her that we were going our separate way she quit talking to us, we tried to warn her you don't mess with police officer that people look up to and that you have an army of people that will have your back  your not going to win you going to either ended up back in prison or worst dead. Kelly and I do want to apologize for what we did to you, I'm also sorry about Lilly should've been pay attention to pushing her, I didn't realize that I had push her that hard that she went into the middle of the road and wasn't moving, I never wanted our child to died now I live with that guilt and know that you do to and you don't deserved to live with that guilt that I had cause you, I should've man up and realize that I was a coward treating you the way that I was, you deserved all of the happiness that come your way, you need to becareful because Ava hate you and Zack told me why she does, don't mention that I told you, Zack and Ava were on their honeymoon when Zack saw a ship and they both went on it, the ship been abandoned for years but it look like some had made it their home for year and when they got to the captain room you were in a basket, you were about a month old and the only note was that whoever found you had to take care of you and that in time you will meet your real parents it was just amount of time before someone told you the truth.
