"Hum kya chahte hai yeh agar apko bata dein toh humari chahat naraz ho jayegi humse", Adhavan chuckled
"Humse yeh torture aur bardasht nhi hota. Aap hume saja de, par yeh bewajah tadpana hume bechain kar rahi hai", Abhidnya complained
Adhavan moved closer to her. He traced the hair strands on her face but didn't touch her skin. His deliberate movements were pure angst for Abhidnya.
Adhavan moved further. He was almost towering over her. He pulled her saree little bit down from her shoulder.
His eyes were on her face. Both of their breathing was enraged. His look was so intense that Abhidnya could no longer hold it.
"Ese ......ese mat dekhiye", Abhidnya said with her eyes down casted.
"Hum apko nhi dekh rahe. Hum aap mein humari bindhni ko nihar rahe hai. Balon mein mogra, mathe pe sindoor, makhmal se sarir pe makhmali saree lapete huye, pairon mein payal k ghungroo ki jhankar liye , hathon mein laal chudi pehne mere nazar ke dhalne ka intezar kar rahi hai", Adhavan said in a deep voice.
His voice could send shivers to the spine. His dark and deep orbs were carrying a look difficult to identify whether it's love, lust or longingness or revenge.
Adhavan opened his shirt. His perfect toned abs were on display. He stood infront of Abhidnya.
"Only if you allow Abhidnya", Adhavan asked for her consent
Abhidnya moved back towards the headboard of the bed.
Before Adhavan could misinterpret her move as a hesitation. She looked at Adhavan and forwarded her bangle clad right hand. Her gesture were so pure that Adhavan was touched for a moment but he controlled his mental turmoil.
He picked a mogra petal and roamed it sensually on her neck. Abhidnya closed her eyes and turned her head backwards, giving him space to fulfill their cravings.
"Abhidnya, how gracious is your neck! Just like a swan. I feel like biting it and marking it with my desires"
He moved the petal near her left ear lobe, "I just want to kiss them. Flicker them with my tongue"
"Aah..please", Abhidnya breathed.
By this time Abhidnya's breathing was out of her control.
Since her eyes were closed, Adhavan knew that she is imagining each of his words.
He further moved the petal on her lips.
"Tell me Abhidnya, which is softer, this petal or your lips? How nice it will be if i eat them, savour them. Your lips getting moulded with mine. Not any lust but just pure bliss", Adhavan said in a hoarse voice
Abhidnya parted her lips but nothing came out of it.
He drag the petal on her right cheek and lingered it there for few seconds, "these are so fluffy that I want to rub them on mine, want to squeeze them, want to pamper them"
His eyes went to Abhidnya's feet. Her fingers were twisted and she was rubbing them as if trying to control the volcanic eruption of her desires.
He with his other hand caressed her right foot and pulled the delicate anklet, resulting in breaking it. The bells were scattered on the bed but Abhidnya hardly cared.
He caressed her forehead with the petal. He rubbed it in a circular motion around her vermilion with a tinkling sensation.
He blew air on her eyes. It was nothing soothing but pure torture.
"Abadhya please do it", she requested
"You sure?"
"Yes"
"Do you want it?"
"Yes....yes I want the torture to end", Abhidnya uttered with desperation.
Adhavan bit his lips and nodded his head as if he was making himself ready for something for which neither of them were ready.
He pressed the petal on her vermilion and messed it. Abhidnya's eyes were still closed. Unaware of the real havoc she was drowned in the havoc of her emotions.
Adhavan then put his left hand on her bangle clad wrist and pressured it with gritted teeth.
Abhidnya's eyes shot open. She looked at Adhavan's changed demeanor.
"Abadhya, tut jayenge. Hum uttar dein inhe?", Abhidnya asked innocently
He looked at her. His sharp gaze met her innocence but it only reminded of his ignorance.
"Inke tutne ki chinta hai apko par humare dil ki tutne ki chinta nhi?", he asked leaving Abhidnya confused.
He broke all her bangles and simultaneously her heart.
"Aah", she winced when she saw slight blood on his fingers.
"Kaas aap mere dil k dard ko bhi samajh pati. Kaas aap ese hi mera dard banti atleast acknowledge toh karti par.......", he showed his disappointment openly
"Abadhya", she whispered. A desperate plea from her side to change the circumstances
"Torture, kya hoti hai yeh torture? Aapko toh kuch malum hi nhi..... torture tab pata chalta jab aap hume kisi aur k kareeb dekhti, torture tab hota jab hum kisi aur ka paksh lete, torture tab hota jab humare bahon mein koi aur hota, torture tab hota ja hum apko kho kar usko pana chahte par ek minute apko torture tab bhi nhi lagta pata hai kyu? .......kyu ki aap humse dil nhi lagati baas dillagi karti hain", Adhavan said
Abhidnya was perplexed hearing the brutish words from Adhavan. Her once glowing face was now pale and strained with tears.
Adhavan stood up from the bed. He started wearing his clothes and while putting his buttons he looked at Abhidnya and said, "aap bhi satayi jayengi Abhidnya aur yeh apke Abadhya ka wada hai. Torture hoga jab kal sabko yeh bistar aur apka haal dekh kar humare qaribi ka ehsaas hoga par sachayi yeh hogi ki humne apko chua bhi nhi"
Saying so he left and didn't even look back for once. Abhidnya was sitting like a stone statue. It sounded like a curse. When you want to be touched and pampered by your partner but in return you get only humiliation. She looked around herself and then at her reflection on the mirror.
She looked at if she is ravished thoroughly. Their bed was the evidence of their intimacy which never took place in reality. Her smudged vermilion was the witness of her humiliated intimacy that she shared with her husband.
"Zakhm esi di ki na koi daba na koi dua uspe asar karega", she finally mumbled while looking at their teenage picture which was kept on the bedside table.
