Irey's Life's On The Line

The Justice League and Robin and Speedy, all sat at the watch tower table. They were all currently at a meeting. "If he's after my daughter I want her to come home, what safest place could there be? Than with her daddy?!" Flash, Wally West argued again. "This does not make any sense. Why would he just go after one child. If you have two?" Wonder Women asked. "But Jai has never been on a mission. They don't know about Jai" Green Lantern  answered. "Guys? Why aren't you taking my plan?" Flash asked again. 

"We can't do that Flash. Iris can't know she's in trouble. If she did it would become worse" Batman jumped in. "Batman's right" Superman added. "It would be best if we had protection-" Flash cut him off. "The only people I trust to look after my baby girl is Green Lantern, Aquaman, me and Superman... No afence everyone. It's just they have kids. And I trust Green Lantern" "What about Batman, he has five kids" Aquaman butted in. "Yeah and three of them 'died'" 

"Flash, let us handle this. We'll take shifts.-" Batman turned to Damian and Lian "We need you both to not speak a word of this to your team. And you have to alert us if Iris leaves the Tower" Damian and Lian nod.

In Titans tower, Irey was raiding the fridge, Jai, Colin and Chris were all playing a video game. Yelling out words like "I'm winning" and "Eat my dust" Milagro and Nell were in their rooms. When Lian and Robin entered the room. Irey sped over to them. "Where were you guys?" Robin just joined the boys on the coach "Batman" "My dad" Lian answered. 

The next mission the team went on was a success, except one small issue. Wonder Women was following them. When they arrived at the tower Colin asked "Why is Wonder Women following us?" Jai nodded "Yeah, now Green Lantern is outside the Tower" Lian looked away and Robin glared "And what makes you think Lian and I know something?" Milagro perked up at this as she put her hands on her hips. "We didn't but you just told us" "Spill the beans" Chris said. 

"We don't have to" Jai walked over to the computer with a smirk, he said "With a few clicks off a button I could easily find out about it" Lian sighed in defeat and looked at the angry Robin. "Fine we'll tell you" Everyone turned to Lian "Reverse Flash is after Irey.... T-to kill you" There was silence.. Until it was broken. "So a guys trying to kill me and you thought it would be good to keep it a secret?!" "Iris- we did it for your own good" Irey glared "Shut it! Ok who else knows?" Irey turned to the team "Let me guess all of you? Even my own brother!" 

The other Titans shook their head, meaning they had no part of this. "Irey, I-" Lian was cut off. "No. You don't get to justify what you did. What both off you did. I go to bed every night, knowing that I might not wake up. And when I'm lucky enough to know that my speed didn't kill me I put on a brave front. Well I'm done. We aren't a team. This is just Lian and Damian being stubborn" And with that Irey sped off. 

The rest off the team, except Damian and Lian all left the room as well saying things like "Come on guys" and "Traitors" "What's next? The world's going to end and you guys tell us 3 seconds before hand?"

Irey paced up and down in her room. She needed to get away, but where? She couldn't go home. Her dad had known. Then it hit her, she'll go to her best friend and 'cousin's' 'place' With that the speedster phased through her bedroom wall. She hid in a local bush, as Superman flew overhead. Once he was gone, she sped away. Going past the city, and the sea, until she got to mount Justice. 'Impulse 02" And she was in. M'gann, Connor, Artemis, and Blue Beatle were all there. "Where's Bart?" "In his room" Irey sped into Bart's room and closed the door. 

The other speedster was lying on his bed watching TV. He sat up when he saw the young girl. "Irey, what brings you to my crash-tasic pad?" Irey gave him a weak smile, before looking sad and sitting on his bed. Seeing her upset Bart sat right next to his 'cousin' "What's wrong?" She burried her head in his chest. "Everything! Dad, Damian, Lian and the League knew someone was trying to kill me" Bart pattered her head. "Hey, it's OK... M-maybe they were trying to protect you-" Irey pulled away from him and looked up at him. 

In one swift move, she was across the room, staring in disbelief. "Y-you knew!" Bart tried to move towards him but she just went through the wall. Quickly Bart pulled out his communicator. "Flash, fam, Irey was just here, but ran off. She's still running" Immediately Wally's voice boomed out. "I'm on her tracks. And the JLA are coming up with a plan. Bart get Barry,Jay, Jesse, and Johnny. Then all join me, we might need to go into the speedforce" And with that the voice was gone.

Meanwhile in Titans Tower the other Titans just stood listening to Batman telling superheroes to go to different locations to stop Reverse Flash. They weren't aloud to do anything. "I- I need to do something" Jai replied. Right then Bart had entered. "Guys, B-man said don't do anything. Gotta go!" But Jai stopped him. "Take me with you please?" Bart sighed "I can't, you know Wally would have my head. Jai just asked again. "Please!" And with that Bart caved. He pointed at his back. "Hop-on" 

Irey, meanwhile was being chased by reverse Flash. He had almost gotten to her until- "Hi there, long time no see!" Both Speedsters looked behind them to see three Flashes (Barry, Wally, and Jay, One Kid Flash, Jesse Quick and Johnny Quick. By this time, they were all on an island. Stopping Reverse Flash grabbed Irey and pinned her up by the neck. All the Speedsters didn't move, as she struggled to breath. Wally began to walk up to them, but Barry stopped him. 

Reverse Flash takes his gaze from Irey. He nods at Jai, who is on Bart's back. "Who's the kid?" Seeing her brother was in danger, she lied "Just someone we saved. No one related to the family. So there's no need to kill him." He smirked. "Oh and why shouldn't I" Irey smirked back. "Because, if you kill him, the world will still go round. But I'm Impulse, fastest girl alive. Y'know that one day, all three Flashes will die-" They both turn their heads to the glaring Flashes. "AND, that the other two will. And Kid Flash, isn't from this dimension. He'll need to go home" Irey smirked and narrowed her eyes. "But me? Well I'm supposed to create another generation off Flash"

"With me gone.... There's no more Flash, ever" Reverse Flash knew she was right. He slammed her against the wall. Having enough Wally zoomed over and kicked the villain. The rest off the Flash family joined in. Seeing as he wasn't going down, Jai pulled out a small domb, big enough to demobilize someone. He placed it on the villain's arm. Before signalling to the others. Within a Flash he was gone. Every Justice League member and Titan was there to witness everything. Impulse had sat up. Wally raced to his daughter and tackled her in a hug. Jai came over and joined. Even Linda was there, to join the West family hug. Bart joined in with Barry, and the other members of the Flash Family.

Not Worthy To Be A Lantern- 

Milagro uses her powers for pointless things, unaware that the League were watching her the whole time. Deming her unfit, they take away her ring. Making her have to prove she deserves it.
