Jealousy Part 1

The team sat on the coach. But in Lian's room, she and Irey sat on her bed. Lian was inspecting a gun, and Irey was lying across the carpet flicking through pages of a magazine. Irey sighed, finally giving up on the magazine. The speedster rolled over onto her back and glared at the ceiling. "Do you think Damian likes me?" Lian began to take apart  her gun. "I don't think he likes anyone" Irey made an annoyed sound. "No I mean, maybe we could be more than team mates...." Irey stared at Lian with hopeful eyes. 

"What, like firends?" "Grr!" This got Lian's attention as she put down her weapon and looked down at her red-headed friend and sighed "Look Irey, I just don't think Damian's the type of hero who wants to have a happily ever after, with kids and a wife" Irey looks down sadly. Lian got up and sat beside Irey. "Hey don't sweat it. He's a jerk anyways. And Milly, Nell and I have a big double date planned, why don't you come along? There's a really cute guy who likes red heads" Lian had to smirk at this. Irey smiled and nods.

Damian, Colin, Chris, and Jai all sat in the main room. Jai and Damian were using the main computer, while Colin and Chris were watching TV. Milly and Nell walk in. Milagro was wearing leggings with a green t-shirt. Her black locks were pulled up into a pony-tail. Nell sported blue jean-shorts and a purple shirt. And her hair was  down and straight. Everyone stopped what they were doing and turned to them.

"Where are you guys going?" Chris asked. "To the bowling alley" Milagro answered. This interested Colin as he asked "Why it's 6.30?" This got Nell to smirk "We have dates"

Right then Lian entered the room and Jai paled and swallowed a huge lump in his dry throat. Lian's hair was in a plait, she was wearing dark blue jeans and a white dress shirt. "Hey guys, Irey's coming now" Damian's head snapped up from the computer as he narrowed his eyes in the girl's direction. 

"I'm here!" A joyful voice was heard. Iris West ll entered. Her red hair was down and curly. She had a yellow sundress on, with yellow flats. Damian almost hit the roof, as all he could do was stare. The boy Wonder straightened himself out as he stated "You can't go. We need you all encase of an emergency"

"I'm sure you can handle them by yourselves" Nell shot back. "And we have our communicators" Milagro added. Lian smirked "You didn't think we were going unarmed. Did you?" 

And with that the girls were gone, leaving a bored Chris, both stunned- Jai and Colin and a boiling Damian.

In a bowling alley stood 4 teen-aged boys. The group of heroines walked in and greeted their dates and were soon all playing bowling. Milagro was bowling against her date, turning it into a competition, Lian and her date were talking about cool gadgets and weapons. Nell and her date were sharing french fries. And finally Irey was typing in the names as her date watched her. "So, um, what'd ya say your name was again?" "Iris" Irey replied boredly. "But your friends all call you Irey" Irey just ignored him and continued to type away, praying there would be trouble or a kitten stuck in a tree to save.
