Chapter 15: Want a Calum?

Ally POV

(Recap: she's planning on asking calum out and telling him how she feels in secret today.)

I got to school wearing the sexiest, school appropriate outfit I could find. I just hoped Sydney is ok with me dressing up today, she usually doesn't want me to look better than her but today is different right? today I'm going to use the 'usual' tricks to get calum to go out with me.

I walked in to the school and had several guys whistle and stop me in the hallways. This went on all through 1st and 2nd period untill finally the bell rang for 3rd and I could finally see Calum.

The plan was simple, I was going to taunt him with my appearance untill after class where I would meet him and flirt till he turns as red as a tomato, after hopefully it will be much easier to ask him out.

I walked into 3rd period with many more whistles and compliments. I sat down in my chair next to Sydney who was twitching with anger.

Uh oh.

"What the hell do you think your wearing?!" She says slamming her hand on the desk.

"I... Dressed cute for a boy." I say trying to sound innocent.

"Um No! I thought we already went over this, but of course I'm talking to a pin head so let me make this clear. You do not wear whore ass clothes like that unless I say got it?" She says looking back at her nails.

"Ok, I'm sorry but it's just so I can ask out this guy who I know you won't..." I start before I'm interrupted

"What guy?" She perks up suspeciously "You know what as long as it's not Darwin or Jackson Hood whatever." She says giving up on the question.

She sits there and still study's her nails as if they were a rare foreign species until she looks up and grins at me. It was a very suspicious grin so I got a bit worried.

"You know Ally, I could help you win him over. I've been trying out this new makeup trick, it's super cute and will get your boy on the ropes." She's say sweetly.

"Wow thanks! That would be totally nice of you Sydney." I say unsure of what she was planning.

"No problem, I would be happy to do it before the period ends." She says flipping her hair and smiling even brighter

"That would be great, thanks." I say cheerfully, even though on the inside I was completely curious to what she was going to do to my face.

Shortly after our conversation the bell rang for lunch and before I knew it Calum had already left and without thinking I ran after him.

Sydney POV

Ally is acting really strange today I had to put her in her place. I had finished putting the 'makeup' on her face and it was a true work of art. Once she left I just snickered to myself, that'll teach her not to dress better than me again our astylar give her a taste of disobeying punishment.

Ally POV

I caught up to Calum in the hallway and tapped on his shoulder. Once he turned around he jumped and his eyes grew wider. I knew this outfit would work and apparently that makeup Sydney put on me.

"Um greetings Allison... You look... Different." He said eyes still popping out his head.

"Thanks I know it's like totes ridic." I smiled. I pulled him over to the side and told him "Listen I wanted to talk to you for a moment." I said normally and not like a air head.

He nodded his head but couldn't stop looking at my face.

"Is everything ok?" I asked.

Without looking he reached into his bag and pulled out a compact mirror still staring at me. I took the mirror and realized the makeup Sydney put on me was really sharpie! She wrote 'Love me daddy' in big letters on my forehead and drew hearts all over my chin.

"OH MY GOSH!!!!!" I was SO embarrassed,I couldn't believe she would do this. I ran to the bathroom and Calum ran after me.

"Allison wait!!" Calum called after me from outside the girls restroom.

"Allison honestly it's ok, I found it quite amusing." He said.

I scrubbed my face free of the ink and tryed my hardest to keep my composure. I reapplied my makeup and walked out the restroom like nothing happened.

"Ally are you alright?" Calum asked me.

"Of course, never better." I said cheeks turning red from embarrassment. This was not going as planned, he was supposed to be the one turning red.

I decided to get right to the point so I said "Listen I've been meaning to ask you..." Before I could finish several guys from the hockey team walk by whistling and saying things like; "Looking good Ally." "Nice ass baby." And "Call me for a good time."

I just ignore it but it was kind of hard for Calum to. More guys kept coming and doing the same thing, eventually Calum had enough and said.

"Allison I really like you but let's face it, your out of my league. Maybe we should stop hanging out for your own good." He slouched down and began to walk away but I grabbed his arm.

"Wait please don't go I.." Before I could finish he interrupts me to say

"Please don't make this any harder, I'm a nerd and your a popular girl. It just doesn't mix and I get that, I mean look at you and look at me." He says tugging on his backpack, then walked away.

I just stood there in shock, did he really think of himself that way? What do I do now?
