14. I felt nothing

Erin's POV

The events for the last day of Playlist have ended and we all decided to get ready to go out to tea. I decided I might as well go all out for our last day of Playlist even though most of us were staying another 4 days until the end of the week. I got changed into a black dress with gold detail around the waist. I put on black heels and did my makeup with a subtle red blush and red lips. I out on my jewelry and curled my hair slightly. I sent a picture to Belle. (The outfit I made is at the top of the page)

E: Is this okay? xx

B: Stunning :D the boys won't be able to keep their eyes of you ;) xx

E: Thanks and I think they'll manage xx

I sat in my room for a while just on my phone then got a text from Belle.

B: Are you coming?xx

I checked the time and it was time to leave. I grabbed my black clutch and walked to the restaurant. I walked in and I felt eyes on me and I immediately felt self-conscious. Caspar winked at me and I smiled back and sat down. Then Dan and Phil walked in and when everyone was sat down I was in between Belle and Louise. I looked at Dan from across the table and he grinned at me. I smiled back but was soon interrupted by our food arriving. We ate and vloged and took pictures and I took a a selfie with Louise and Belle and put it on my snapchat. We soon left the restaurant and Dan came up to me.

"You look beautiful, Erin. Really. I need to tell you something. But later, when we're back at the hotel." Dan said.

"Okay, I need to tell you something too." I said. I knew that what we were going to tell each other was different but I knew I needed to tell him my feelings. I was nervous about how he would react when I told hm. Would he just force a smile and feel sorry for me or would he just walk away and never speak to me again? I don't know but I just hope we can still be friends. We started walking along the beach and I wanted to take a group picture. We got a passer by to take the picture. We huddled round my phone to look at the picture and it was so good! I sent the picture to them all and posted it. We walked back to the hotel and Caspar walked up to me.

"You look gorgeous, Erin." He said smirking slightly.

"Thank you, Caspar." I replied and he was looking me in the eye.

"I need to talk to you at some point tonight." I said.

"Okay, do you wan me to come to your room later?" He asked.

"Yeah, thanks Caspar." I said and he smiled at me before running over to Marcus and jumping on his back.  I laughed at him and shook my head. We got back to the hotel and I went to my room and thought about how I could ask Caspar if he had feelings for me. I'm pretty sure he doesn't. I got a text from Dan.

D: Is it okay if I come round to your room so we can talk? x

E: Of course, the door will be unlocked, let yourself in x

D: Okay, I will be round in 10 x.

Then as I locked my phone there was a knock at the door and I thought it was Dan but it was Caspar.

"Hey, Caspar." I said.

"Hi Erin." He replied and we both sat down.

"So what did you want to talk to me about?" Caspar asked.

"This is going to sound weird. But the other day when we were in the restaurant and you said you were trying to impress me I felt bad because I like you loads but I don't feel like we have a connection then when I saw you yesterday in the bar kissing that girl I realised that you didn't like me. But I just want to check what you're feeling." I said and watched his reaction.

"I knew  you had heard us in the restaurant." Caspar said. "I thought I liked you but I know what you mean about the connection. I'm not sure if we do have anything." This brought relief to me. "But we have to test it." he said and with that he cupped my face and placed a gentle kiss on my lips.

"Erin. it's just me!" We quickly broke apart and there stood Dan emotionless.
