Eventually Soumei did learn. Poisoning, shootouts, and pickpocketing- these people were as ruthless as hell to get the keys. Soumei went under an alias and pretended to be an outsider, staying with her newfound older sister, Vivaldi, in attempt to protect herself.

...but something still hadn't clicked for her.

"...you're correct." Tracy said finally. Suddenly scream sounded from outside, but the girls ignored them. "I... I'm not an outsider. But what I am will have to wait for another day." Elise's eyes narrowed in mild confusion, but she let go of Tracy's wrist. "But how did you know?"

"What would an Outsider be doing in Blood Dupre's bushes, acting perfectly comfortable? You have the vial, but it's fake. It hasn't gone up a drop since I met you." Elise sighed.

"Oh, well, Blood's my older brother. But it's a long story. He pretty much banned me from the grounds..." Tracy shrugged. "But I don't really care."

"Oh. How did you get banned?"

Tracy giggled. "I took his hat and ripped those damn flowers off it. Ended up tearing the hat, too. He had to get a new one made!"

The two girls laughed for a second before it settled down to a comfortable silence.

"You should come to Heart Castle. You haven't visited yet!" Tracy suggested.

"Sure!" Elise said enthusiastically. "I'd love to meet Ace and Peter and Vivaldi."

"Cool." Tracy took a step forwards and Elise scooted off the bed, the rose returned to her hand and clenched in her fist. They walked out of the building casually and several maids gave them a nod as they left.

"Wait..." The park was empty. There wasn't a person enjoying any of the rides, even though the sun was out and it was a day time period, when the park should be open. Then Elise spotted it. On a large blood spattered sign on the park gates, four words written in scarlet stood out in the sun.
