Day 1 in Noctovia

"No I refuse you people to cut my hair!" Cynthia pouted, moving her head away from the dagger aiming for her hair.

"Do you want people to notice who you really are?" Leo asked annoyingly. It's already been a day and he is irritated with this girl. Because she was so used to being a princess Cynthia isn't quiet used to living with people lower then her. On and on she whimpers about all the bugs and nature around them. Since the family is cautious about Cynthia's appearance they are trying to change her look into something more...them.Now she wears baggie shirts and pants. And now their thinking of cutting her hair? Cynthia absolutely refuses to let her long hair go.

"I'll take it to my grave.Wearing these ridiculous clothes is bad enough but cutting my hair, that's where I draw the line." Cynthia snapped. Leo threw the dagger on the counter and looked at her in defeat.

"Listen you! It's either your hair or your life." Leo said.

"It will be my life." Cynthia said her voice in full determination. The two began arguing for the past half hour about the decision of cutting her hair until finally Georgia came into the room.

"Shut up both of you! Look Cynthia if you feel so strongly about your hair why not just dye it into a different color?"

Both Leo and Cynthia looked at her feeling dumbfounded. They could've thought of that one a long time ago...

"Maybe we can use the blue wild berries out in the bushes?" Leo suggested. Proud of the idea. Cynthia only looked at him like he was the worlds dumbest person that lived.

"We want to change my hair color not make me look like a smurf." Cynthia retorted.

"Ok fine then why don't we use the red wild berries? That's the only other color that we have left." Leo said.

Cynthia's face grew bright with the word red. However will the color suit her hair? Never had she imagined having red hair.

"I don't know..."

"Look if we use the red berries to color your hair then you can wash it off after the 6 days. It'll hide your identity and its removable. It's win a win." Leo said, his voice filled with persuasion, hoping that this girl can finally agree.

Finally after thinking it over for a moment she sighed and looked up at Leo.

"Have you finally made your decision?" Leo asked.

Cynthia nodded and took a deep breath.

"Yes I'm ready."

Leo smiled and went out to get the red wild berries.

Back in Haven

"Damien please come out. You have been in your room nearly all day and not once have you eaten anything." Luna said from the outside of his door. But there was no use. There was no hope of Damien getting out of his room any time soon. Damien only sits in his room never wanting to come out, not wanting to face reality.

Luna sighed and walked back to her Alistair that was in their room. Alistair was sharping the tip of his blade as if he was a blacksmith. Luna sat beside him, motionless and speechless. Alistair easily noticed something was wrong and stopped everything he was doing to aid her.

"My love what is wrong? A smile does not peak upon your glorious face. Tell me, what is it." Alistair said clasping his hands with hers. Luna sadly looked at him.

"Damien. He is so deeply in love with Cynthia that he isn't the same without her. To make matters worse the wedding is coming soon and it's not with his love. As much as I despise the wretched Beth there is nothing I can possibly do to stop her from taking my place." Luna said.

"Neither do I like the fact that our son is dealing with this fate. We must at least think of something. There just has to be another way..."

"What else is there? " Luna asked annoyed, and this time she was standing up. Alistair thought really hard until a sly grin appeared on his face.

"We could always kill the girl. No one would ever know" Alistair said readying his dagger as if he was going through with the plan.

"No! I will not have my grandchild die. Besides that wouldn't be fair for the child! Must you always think of your dagger? Sometimes your bloodlust gets the best of you." Luna said crossing her arms in anger. Alistair snickered and threw his blade to the ground, mumbling how it would've been a good idea.

"I was only joking love. But honestly there is nothing else I could think of." Alistair said.

Luna looked at Alistair, thinking about how she had to fight for him in her younger years. From the moment she saw him and the day he had chosen her. It was one of the best days of her life and she couldn't possible understand or feel if she didn't have her Alistair. They were soul mates and they couldn't breathe another breath if they were apart.

"Go talk to Damien..he must realize that he has to accept this new change..even if it breaks his heart." Luna said, every word pained her to say. Alistair didn't hesitate seeing that she didn't want this for her son. Alistair made his way to Damien's room and easily broke the door nob, allowing himself in. Damien didn't make any sudden movements and just watched his father burst in.

"Damien." Alistair said softly sitting next to him. Damien showed no emotion and looked away from him.

"Damien you can't keep doing this to yourself. I know you love Cynthia dearly but you have to let her go."

Damien shook his head unwilling.

"No I can't. It's impossible. The pain of not seeing her, knowing that I have to marry another is torture."

Alistair sighed at his sad son and knew what he had to do.

"Fuck Damien you can't expect this girl to come around.Your just pathetically sitting here and what good is that to you? Look when time passes you are going to be living your life and Cynthia will be living hers. There will be nothing left of you two but just the thought that you have been loved before. End of story." Alistair said a little too harshly. Damien growled and couldn't hold back the anger. Anger of having Cynthia gone forever and losing what can only make him feel human.Anger of Beth replacing her all because she holds his child. He never asked for this.

"No father it's not just the end of story!I will forever be bound by Beth by the sake of the kingdom and the unborn child. To the day I die there will be nothing I can do to have MY Cynthia. MY love. She will be in love with another man that holds her, touches her, and takes her heart away. Never will I see her face that brings joy to my eyes. Never will I hear her distinct laugh that is music to my ears. And I will NEVER IN GODS NAME SEE CYNTHIA!" Damien growled. His eyes blazing with fury which Alistair was in complete shock. Alistair regained his composure and snickered at his son.

"Well shit Damien you are mad for this girl. And like father like son we must take what is ours." Alistair said with a smug grin. Damien stopped and looked at his father confused.

"What are you saying?"

Alistair chuckled like he was an evil mastermind.

"What I'm saying son....and this better not be repeated to your mother..why not get rid of the baby with something more powerful? Someone that can easily take it away in a second...."

Alistair and Damien looked at each other and at that very moment they knew what the other was thinking.

"The Great and Powerful Alona." They both said in unison.
