Cynthia was helplessly kneeling on the floor, shedding the last tears and watched Aaliyah get carried away by four golden guards. Her last dying words replayed over in her head "On my death bed will you place some red roses for me." . What did it mean? And why or how did this happen? From the looks of it Aaliyah seemed like she killed herself. But knowing Aaliyah she could never do that. Or could she? All this confused Cynthia but she was to stunned to think of anything. Luna stood up straight and looked as if she was ready to cry but did no such thing.

"Cynthia." Luna choked out.

Cynthia slowly motioned her head up to her.

"I.. I suggest you go to your room and get changed into the dress you first came here with.... then meet me in the dinning room."

Instantly Cynthia knew, just by the tone in her voice what she was really saying, Cynthia was leaving. A pit of emptiness filled her gut, everything was collapsing before her eyes and the things that she loved was slowly disappearing.

Damien was on the verge to defend his love from leaving him but his mother struck him a glare that showed that he couldn't interfere this time. It had to be done. Luna and Alistair left without another word with Beth behind them. Right before Beth turned around the corner, she gave Cynthia a hard glare that seemed to say "your next". Cynthia knew she had to be involved with Aaliyah's death somehow and she was determined to figure it out. Cynthia stood up and tried to hold back the burning tears that wanted to escape from her. Damien saw her sadness and immediately held her tight, never wanting to let go. The pain of him holding her was unbearable by the fact that now she knows she could never have him. Never could she see him, kiss him, touch him. Damien will just be another memory. She didn't want to deal with the pain so she pushed herself off him. Shocked by her response Damien let go of her.

"Cynthia..."

"No Damien I can't bare you holding me. Knowing that you will forever be dedicated to someone else besides me.. I rather remember us as nothing. A non existence relationship that has died. I love you too much and I hate that you infected me this way because this is so hard for me to even say." Cynthia cried.

Every word continued to pain her more as she continued to believe that this was the best for them. Damien stood with an emotionless face not seeming to take affect on her words. His icy eyes grew hard by watching his Cynthia cry before him. Following his instinct he crashed his lips onto hers and pulled her into him more. Cynthia really didn't want to but her body reacted in a different response and took in the kiss. Grabbing into him more, needing him. Damien slowly broke away and looked at her deeply.

"You only say those words out of fear. Do you honestly believe I would let you go that easy? Do you realize who I am? I will do anything to have what's rightfully mine and you Cynthia. Your mine." Damien said making the words loud and clear.

Cynthia smiled by the fact that he said she was officially his. But the smiled disappeared knowing that it will only be short lived. This may be the last time she will ever see him again.

"I should get ready." Cynthia said not looking at him.

Damien just grabbed her chin to make her look at him once more.

"I will discuss this with my mother to make some changes but if things don't work out then I will find you. Cynthia I swear to God if I have to break every bone in my body to find you I will do it. You mean to much for you to be gone forever. I need you..... I love you Cynthia." Damien said. Cynthia teared up by his words and kissed him once more before she left to her room.

As she was walking Aaliyah's words kept popping into her mind. Now that she was a little more calm she concentrated a little harder on what she exactly meant when she said she wanted red roses on her dying bed. Red roses were obviously Cynthia's favorite flowers but Aaliyah's are the pink dandelions. It was a strange request unless..Cynthia stopped at the foot of her door. All the puzzle piece were fitting in and Cynthia knew she put something in the garden and it was hidden some place in the red roses. Running now she headed straight towards the garden. But when she got there Beth beat her to it. Beth crossed her arms under her chest and looked at Cynthia with smugness.
