#4 hours later#

"Come on girls, ready?" I hear mum call from down the stairs. Becky and I for the past couple of hours just decided to play Call of duty, yep we are girls who also love to game, game hard.

"Coming" we both reply to mum in unison. Becky decided to come with us to the audition then we drop her off on the way home. Wow, this is going to be scary and an amazing experience at the same time. I can't wait. We leave my bedroom and walk down the stairs and to the front door where mum is standing. She smiles at us then we head over to the car. We hop in and turn on the radio where 'New Thang' starts to play by Red foo. Of course us being us, decide to film us dancing in the back seat. Once the song has finished, we decide to upload the video onto our fan page on Facebook and watch the likes and comments start to fly in.

"Here we are" Mum says pulling up in front of a building. Becky and I both hop out of the car and walk over to the entrance with mum in tow.

"You must be Hayley, Becky and Rose, please, this way" we see a person with an ear piece say to us. I smile to her and follow behind. She walks around the corner were we see a couple of sets set up hat look like inside a house. I watch as I see a couple people acting along with the people dressed up as the walkers. This is so cool. I stare all around me, soaking in the view of this. If I get the chance to work here, I would never want to leave. It would not be just here either; we would probably go out to different places in Atlanta to film different scenes.

"He is just on the other side of this door" the women with the ear piece says, I should really learn her name.

"Thank you" Mum, Becky and say to her before she walks off to a different part of the building. Mu knocks on the door and we hear a 'come in' said on the other side.

"Ah hear you are" Robert says happily. He smiles at each of us and waves, we return it.

"Now, did you guys get here okay?" he asks us like we just travelled over by airplane.

"Yep" I reply to him.

"Good, now all I need is for you to follow me and we will get this underway" he says standing up. I rise too and follow him with Becky and mum in tow. We walk back out the door and towards an empty set. It is a set of the woods.

"So I don't normally do this for auditions but, I will hand you the script and get you to read a few lines with Norman" he says gesturing towards Norman who is now approaching us.

"Hi" I say politely to him as he makes his way to us.

"Hey, names Norman" his says in his southern accent. I nervously offer my hand out for him to shake but he doesn't, instead he opens his arms for a hug. I smile and walk into his embrace and give him a quick hug. I can't remember the last time I got hugged by anyone apart from mum and Becky.

"Hayley" I say as soon as I pull away. Robert hands both of us the script and lets have a couple of minutes to read over a few lines.

"Rose and Becky, if you can follow me" Robert says taking mum and Becky away with him. I read over my lines a couple of times before lifting my head up.

"Okay, now, you must be Hayley" I hear someone say from behind.

"Nice to meet you" He says, extending his hand for me to shake. I gladly shake and return to looking down at the script.

"When you guys are ready" he says, grabbing a chair and sitting down. He must be the one for casting maybe. I take a deep breath and try to mentally tell my hands to stop shaking but they don't. Norman notices and sends me a friendly smile.

"Don't be nervous, you will be great" he says before we get started.

"Look, I know I am new but you can trust me" I act out, trying to get into character.

"Yer right, how do we know that, you took off with Judith for crying out loud" Norman acts back.

"I didn't take off with her, I went on a walk" I exclaim loudly, like the script tells me too.

"You guys could have been killed!" he yells back.

"Well I didn't, everything is okay, you are the one with problems Daryl, not me" I say, putting my hands onto my hips.

"Ain't got no problems, only annoying little brat" he says back. We finish there and he sends me a wink letting me know I did a good job, I think.

"That was really good, I am impressed" he says from the chair. I smile to him and thank him. He stands and walks away, without telling me anything else.

"Don't worry you did great" Norman says standing next to me. I look up to him and smile.

"Thanks".

"Hey, do you want to come and meet some of the others?" he asks happily. I shrug and smile. I don't see why not.

"Okay" I say to him. He takes off and I follow. We walk around for a bit until we notice the others. Norman walks over before me and starts to chat with Andrew/Rick.

"Hey everyone this is Hayley, Hayley this is Andrew, Steven/Glenn, Lauren/Maggie, Emily/Beth and Scott/Hershel" he says introducing us. I smile and wave and they wave back. I see them all rise and walk over to me to shake my hand.

"I'm not much of a hand shaker" I say to them, I walk up to Andrew first and give him a hug. He is shocked at first but then hugs me back. I then do the same thing to Steven, Lauren, Emily and Scott.

"But I am a hugger" I say which causes them to laugh.

"How old are you?" Emily asks me, once everyone else goes back to chatting.

"I'm 15" I reply to her, she smiles and walks me over somewhere where we can sit with the others. She sits next to me and we continue to talk and get to know each other.

"Hayley" I hear Robert call out to me. I see Mum and Becky behind him too. Becky races over to me and engulfs me in a hug, a very tight hug.

"Need....to....breathe" I say to her trying to breathe.

"YOU GOT THE PART!" she practically yells out of excitement to me. I squeal with her and we both start to jump up and down.

"Yes you did" Robert pipes in. I smile to him and walk over.

"Thank you so much" I say before hugging him too. What, I love to give away hugs, I just never have anyone apart from mum and Becky hug me.

"Your very welcome" he says. I look up to mum and see her smile at me. Today could not have been a better day.

"Now, next week on Monday you will need to come in for filming, I will ring and give the details where and what to bring" he says before walking off. He returns shortly later and hands me a script.

"This is the script, thought you could highlight your lines and get a head start of studying your lines seeing it Is spring break" he says before smiling and walking away. I thank him again and look down to the script in my hands. I say goodbye to the others and walk outside to the car. Mum hops in the driver's seat while Becky and I hop in the back. Becky smiles and steal the script from my hands.

"Just want to have a look" she says scanning through the entire script. We pull up in front of her house and she hops out of the car. We wave goodbye to her then head home ourselves. Mum and I hop out of the car and get inside the house. I race over into the living room and look through the coffee table for my highlighters.

"Already?" Mum asks as she walks into the kitchen.

"Yep" I reply to her popping the 'p'. She smiles and laughs before walking off into the kitchen to start dinner. What can I say, I am so excited to start filming next week and really want to learn my lines. Then it hits me. I WILL BE ON THE SAME SHOW AND ACTING WITH THE CHANDLER RIGGS! Life could not get any better. He does have a girlfriend though but that doesn't bother me.

"Don't be up to late doing that" Mum sings from afar.

"I won't" I reply to her, opening the first page of the script. I read through and highlight al my lines and all my movements that I will be doing. My mouth drops as I reach the third last page.

"What is it?" I hear mum asks, sitting my dinner down on the coffee table. Gosh I must have been doing this for a while.

"Nothing" I say to her, quickly closing my script up.

"Okay" she says looking at me weirdly. I pull a weird face and she laughs.

"Eat you dinner then head to bed, we have to go visit your aunty tomorrow" she says. I groan and lay on the ground. I really don't want to, I would rather stay her and rehearse my lines but they are family, it wouldn't hurt to visit them for a day.

"We will be staying there for a while so I suggest you bring this" she says gesturing to the script. I nod and groan again. Great.

"that's enough" she playfully scolds before leaving the room and walks up the stairs. I sit up and begin to eat my dinner.
