Rae'lynn POV

I heard slight buzzing sounds in the distance which caused me to wake up. It was a text from my agent, updating me on the store and everything.

Since I was up, I decided to go make some breakfast. I carefully got out of bed, making sure that I didn't wake Chris up and slipped downstairs. I scoured his cabinets to see what he had. He really needs to go grocery shopping. I found enough to make waffles, eggs and bacon.

After a while, everything was almost done. I thought Chris had woken up because I heard feet coming down the stairs but he didn't come into the kitchen. I shrugged it off and continued to cook. Then, I felt something wet on my leg. I looked down to see two adorable dogs trying to get my attention. I gasped, bent down and started playing with them.

"Don't let my puppies make you burn the food." Chris joked, standing over me. He was shirtless with his boxers on. Lawd, he is so fine.

"Ha ha." I said sarcastically. "You never told me you had puppies." I glanced at him.

"They were in their room last night so they didn't get into anything and it just never came up." He laughed.

"What's their names?"

"They are both girls. The white & brown one is Dirty Diana, I call her DD. The brownish black one is Nike."

"Awe, that's so cute." I smiled and turned back to the stove. I cut off the fire and put the hot, fresh food on two plates. I put his plate on the island where he was sitting and I stood on the opposite side and ate.

"So did you have fun last night?" He looked up at me.

"Yeah, I did. I'm glad I learned how to swim, too." I smirked.

He laughed. "So do you have anything to do today?"

I thought about it. "No, it's my off day. What about you?"

"I have to go in the studio. The album is really coming together." He smiled.

It's so refreshing to be with someone who has as much passion for their work as you do.

"That's great. I can't wait to hear it." I'm being completely honest. I've always been a fan of Chris' music, I'm just not one of those crazed fans.

"Why don't you come to the studio with me today?" He suggested.

I smiled. "I'd be honored but after I go to the gym and lunch with Andrea."

He nodded. "Just curious, since you like my music, what's your favorite song?"

I laughed and shook my head. "I like Wildcat and Should've Kissed You."

He gave me a cocky grin. "You a real fan, you like the leaked tracks."

"Mhm. Anyway, I'm going to head out and I'll meet you at the studio later."

I went around the island, gave him a hug and a peck on the lips. I ran upstairs to grab my stuff. I threw on my clothes from last night and left the house. I got in my car and started over to my house. I turned on the radio and the soothing sounds of Jhene Aiko filled the car. I hummed along and continued driving. In about ten minutes, I pulled up to my house. I went inside and went straight up to my room. I texted Andrea to make sure she was still going and she replied saying yes.

I walked into the bathroom, stripped down and got into the shower. I washed my skin for about twenty minutes and then got out. I went into my drawers and grabbed a pair of PINK yoga pants, sports bra and pair of Nike Roshe Run's. I switched everything from my current purse to my MK tote and added an outfit for after my workout. I made sure I had everything I need and went back out of the house. I started driving to the gym, listening to random songs on the radio.
