"Oh hello, Rosalie!" Mrs.Floyd smiled at me opening the front door for me, mother was in the car gathering June's birthday gift.

"Hello June!" I hugged the woman, admiring the beautiful home.

Mom walked into the front door, holding two huge gift bags. Will came and took the bags, making sure my mother didn't have to carry so much.

"Right this way, girls." Mrs.Floyd showed us to the living room/the kitchen area. Everyone was located there, we would've had it outside - with the pool. It's just the weather man said 90% rain.

The first three people that stood out to me was Skylynn, Elizabeth and Johnnie.

Hayes was no where to be found.

I sat down on the leathered couch. Skylynn ran up to me and giggled, holding onto my hand, practically pulling me.

"Ow, Sky you're hurting my arm dear." I calmly told her, hoping she would get ahold of her excitement.

"Hayes is in the backyard, he said something about a surprise or something." Skylynn smirked, letting go of my arm, jumping up and down.

I stood up and headed to the backyard. Making sure June wouldn't notice me sneaking out. Mrs.Floyd has always had the habit of keeping everyone inside. She had always said "You'll get a cold outside" Y'know from the planned rain.

Opening the side door, the basketball court came into view. Hayes and four other boys were there.

"Hey babe." Hayes smiled widely, as I approached him. Quickly he took ahold of my body, and starting giving long passionate kisses. I felt his tongue trying to sneak between my lips. But I rejected.

"Come on, why do you two always have to make out in front of US." A boy with dirty blonde hair complained.

"aw, let 'em be." Another guy spoke in a high pitched voice.

Hayes was the one who pulled away from the tender kiss. His sparkly blue eyes stared into my boring brown eyes. "Do you know how much I love you Rosalie Grace Lesley?" Hayes spoke in his husky voice.

"Erm, I don't know. Only a little bit?" I smirked playfully😏

"I love you so much I'd run to the other side of the earth just to see you. I love you so much more than vanilla ice cream." Hayes giggled, causing me to burst into a fit of giggles.

"Sorry to interrupt from this - um what shall I call it - tender moment; but Mimi is looking for us." A voice spoke behind us.

Hayes let go of me and a familiar face was standing next to the stem of the court. It was Nash. "Do you have to ruin everything, Nash?" Hayes moaned from frustration.

Just then rain started pouring from the grayish sky. Everyone started running to the side door, but Hayes pulled me back. "I've always wanted to kiss in the rain." Hayes quickly whispered, then gave me a soft kiss on my lips.

"What the hell Hayes - get your ass inside." Nash yelled.

Hayes now pulled me into the side door, everyone dripping from the cold rain.
