Rosie Lesley's View;

Eight hours later, I sat in the emergency room. Hayes had to watch Skylynn, Johnny disappeared after we dropped of Liz, Nash went back to LA for an emergency meeting, it was only me. My eyes were probably bloodshot by now and not a single word has come about Liz yet.

Me and Elizabeth continued to watch Gilmore girl immensely. Hayes & Johnny were in the process of getting into a heated argument. I held Liz's hand, mostly from the fear from the noise, but also because I was appreciating moments with Liz.

Her blue eyes seemed grayish to me and her attire was very different to what she usually wears. It was nothing like the Liz I knew, but I still loved her.

Suddenly, her body started to shake once again. Just like it did at Junes house. I tried holding her body still, so she wouldn't fall off the sofa. But nothing would work, I finally decided to lie her down in the floor, so she wouldn't get injured.

I jogged over to the kitchen, Johnny slammed the counter, and I was indecisive, "Something wrong with Liz." I started to sob, and Johnny ran to the living room.

"Are you here for Elizabeth Floyd?" A nurse named Jaquelin questioned me.

"Yes, I am." I answered, looking at the young woman.

"She has been transfered to Intensive Care Unit. It seems, from recent x-rays,that there has been a tumor growing into Elizabeth's brain." Jaquelin informed me.

"She just came home from a Cancer Facility not even a week ago, how come they didn't tell us about this?" I asked, surprised from all this information.

"A very unprofessional doctor, didn't complete a whole body x-ray." Jaquelin told me. "We can only keep her on chemo for so long, and her body keeps reacting with seizures." Jaquelin sighed, I knew exactly what she was going to say.

"We need to take Elizabeth off of chemotherapy-"

"But she'll die." I bursted into tears, being unable to keep myself in check.

"She won't have to suffer anymore." Jaquelin tried to comfort me.

"Can I see her now?" I finally asked.

"Of course, ICU is on the third floor, right across the way from South Wing." The nurse gave me a finale smile and returned to wherever.

I woke up on small cot, it took me a moment to figure out the events of last night. Liz, seizure, about to die, right. My eyes flutter open, and Liz is lying on a hospital bed. She looked at her worst, adding onto that her hospital gown looked filthy.

Once I was able to gather myself out of the bed, I stood beside Elizabeth's bedside and took in her features. She was looking more dead by the second.

After awhile of staring at Liz, a nurse walked in.

"Hello dear," The woman spoke. "I'm Risha, ill be taking Elizabeth's vital signs for the first shift. If you or Liz need anything, I'm just a call away." Risha told me, while she started taking Liz's blood pressure.

After a couple of hours Elizabeth's eyes finally open. She has a beautiful smile, one where she was cherishing life.

"I need you to tell my baby boys something." Liz croaked out.

"Liz, this is NOT going to be goodbye." I choked on my tears.

"Rosie, you already know it. I'm dying. Everyone else is miles away and won't see me. So please just listen to what I have to say." Liz held onto my shaking hands. "Tell my boys I love them to bits & pieces. Make sure Hayes knows that he will be able to fight through this lost. Tell Nash he needs to continue living his dream, and he is such a blessing."

"Tell Will I'm so proud of him. He was my first born and I will treasure that for the rest of time. Make sure Skylynn knows that mommy loves her. So so so so much." Liz coughed, and I could tell it was time for her to leave soon.

"Rosalie, stay with my baby boy for the rest of your life. Never give up on him. I know he'll do the same." Liz sighed, "You're like my second daughter. You have no idea how blessed I am to have you apart of my life. Thank you for--" Liz started coughing, then the monitor beeped continually.

"No! No! No! No!" I screamed, falling to the ground. "Wake up Liz." I sobbed, as many nurses rushed into the room, one pulling me out. Liz was gone.
