Emma LoweI entered the class, this time I wasn't receiving the glares. It probably was Colton. I wonder why they were staring at him. I mean, he's not the sexiest person I have seen, but he's alright.
I spotted everywhere and tried to find one of my new friends. I found Nikki. yay! This couldn't get any better. Wait, it just did. I found Chad too! Yay! I don't know why I'm so excited to see them, I think because they are my only friends?
I made my way to Nikki and sat next to her. I was quickly pulled into a tight bear hug. I feel loved. I smiled at the thought.
"Hey girl." Nikki told me.
"Hi, Nikki." I told her and laughed lightly.
"How are you?"
"I'm fine. You?"
"I'm good. I decided to forgive Jace. This is his last chance. I hope he changes for the better." She said as she pouted her lip.
"Well, that's great. I want to talk to him." I told her out of nowhere.
"Sure, how about at lunch today?"
"Sounds good."
We continued to talk about ourselves and I was actually liking school. Not the teachers and work, but some of the people.
I had learned that she is from Los Angeles. She is 17. Her birthday is in 3 months. She loves the colors white and blue. She works as a model. She used to suffer from depression and had a hard time overcoming it, but fortunately she started smiling more and laughing and being happy. That made me smile alot.
"Do you happen to know Colton? Colton Haim?" I blurted.
"Of course, he's my brother."
"W-what?"
"Yeah, Colton is only one year older than me."
"Oh my god! That's why his eyes reminded me of yours so much. I should've known that earlier." I smacked my forhead. She laughed at my sudden outburst.
"Chill, Em. I'm nothing like him. I'm actually social and nice." She told me.
"He asked me out on a date." I blurted once again. Jesus, I need some duct tape to cover my mouth.
Her eyes widened. Now she started wiggling her eyebrows.
"Ooh-la-la."
"Woah, woah, woah. He needed a date and I didn't know who he was so he said I was perfect because I would be drooling over him."
"Oh. Still, Ooh-La-La." She continued to wiggle her eyebrows.
"Jesus, Nikki." I told her and smacked her arm playfully.
"Be right back, I'm going to talk to my friend, Chad."
"Chad?"
"Yeah. Why? Something wrong?"
"No, but he's pretty hot."
"Jesus, Nikki." I told her and laughed.
"Why do you have all the hot guys over you?" She whined.
"Because, I'm sexy." I told her nonchalantly and made my way to talk to Chad. I went behind him and covered his eyes.
"Guess who, babe?"
"Um..Emma?"
"Ding. Ding. Ding." I said and removed my hands.
"Hi, Chad." I told him and hugged him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me back.
