[S1] Episode Fourteen & Fifteen

Ashlyn had grabbed Aiden's shorts string, "I'm going to tie the door to the pole over there."

Her words made Charlie frown her eyebrows, "Two strings and a rusty pole? Yeah that's definately going to keep the monster from pushing open the door."

Her sarcastic smile dropped a little at the disapproving looks from everyone except Aiden, who wore the same smile on his own face.

Ashlyn rolled her eyes at Charlie's sarcastic remark, "Maybe not but it'll stay closed long enough for me and Ben to make a run for it!"

Her words made Charlie cock her head in acceptance.

"You guys go!" Ashlyn said, tying the string to the door handle and the pole. They all hesitated at her words, either not wanting to leave them or too scared to move. Although the tone changed as soon as Ashlyn snapped, "I said go!"

Tyler was the first person to move grabbing Taylor and making logan follow them. Aiden and Charlie both still hesitated still. Charlie watches the trio run towards the boys room before turning her attention back to the people still next to her. She watches as Ben tied one end of the string to the door, still holding it shut, Ashlyn tie the string to the pole and Aiden tie both strings together. Charlie was look out. "Okay-" Ashlyn breathed out, "RUN!"

The four ran away from the door, only making it a few steps before they hear the string snap and the door slam open against the wall. All four watched at the creature dash out of the room and towards them, followed by at least half a dozen other creatures.

Unfortunately, they were faster than any of the group anticipated, being gained on by the second. Crap, Ashlyn thinks as she twists her head every few seconds.

Gotta do something-, The ginger girls thoughts are cut short when she spots something.

I gotta work out more, damn, Charlie thought as she feels herself falling behind. She stays looking straight ahead, ignoring how the other three were looking back at the monsters every few seconds, especially Ashlyn.

Ben had also seemed to notice Charlie's lack of speed and grabs her hand from behind him, pulling her up next to him. She smiled at the lifeline Ben had given her, making a mental noted to thank him if they make it to the boys room before the monster can claw them to death.

As the pair kept running, slightly behind Ashlyn and Aiden by a step or two, they both hear Ashlyn yell, " Aiden, Ben, Charlie!"

Charlie's eyebrows frown at the ginger girls yelling all their names before she spoke again, "Move!!"

At her words, Ben dragged the girl he still held onto to the side and past Ashlyn with a...

Charlie's eyes widen, along with Ben and Aiden's at Ashlyn grabbed the cart and swings it at the creature that was right behind them, slamming it into the wall.

There was a moment of silence before Aiden broke it with a singular, high pitched laugh.

His laugh was quickly cut off by the creature opening its eyes and smiling wide at Ashlyn, reaching out to grab her arm.

Charlie was about to reach out and pull the ginger girls back before Aiden rushed forward and grabbed the monsters arm that was reaching out of Ashlyn's.
