The battle between the Forever Knights and Esoterica raged on through the long night as multiple Forever Knights came in on hover bikes as the knights fired down on them with their lances but the Esoterica shifted to avoid the blasts only to appear again and throw energy orbs taking down two of the bikes along with the knights on board as the last knight took out an alien weapon from its holster.

Firing on the Esoterica but one shifted and landed on the speeder and smacked the weapon out of his hand and threw the knight off and the Esoterica threw an energy orb destroying the last bike. The weapon hit the ground and landed next to Kevin and feeling it hit his metal foot, he looked down to see it.
Kevin: Hello, beautiful.
Picking up the weapon and putting his Plumbers' badge in the middle, overriding the blaster as the green outlines grew.

Firing green blasts that were so fast, the Esoterica couldn't react but more shifted back into the realm and threw energy orbs while Gwen blocked them with her mana shield.
Kevin: How many of these guys are there?!
Gwen: I'm sure Y/N and Ben are having a harder time.
Morphing her shield into a dome protecting both of them from all angles only to send the dome flying at the Esoterica sending them on their backs and knocking them out. Earth shaking rumbles got their attention as they followed the sound to the entrance of the cave.

The turned Herald alien, fired energy orbs at them, George blocked them with Ascalon while Obsidian absorbed them as Heatblast flew up to avoid them and let out a beam of fire but Vilgax shifted to avoid the flames and he did the same again to avoid an energy blast from Obsidian.
