A few days have passed since Dagon was freed and tried to take over the universe and Vilgax now locked up tightly under maximum security but Psyphon is still at large and in hiding. The people that were all turned into Esoterica luckily had no memory of what happened and continued with their lives like nothing happened. As for Y/N and Hope, they have been reconnecting and quickly regained the bond they once had and she has been a huge help with dealing with criminals and learning to be a hero once again.
Nearing the end of the day, Ben, Gwen, Kevin arrived at the R.V lot where the Rust Bucket was as the senor Plumber waited for them, sitting by a picnic bench.
Gwen: Hey, Grandpa.
Max: I'm glad to see you kids.
Both Grandfather and grandkids went in for a group hug as Kevin smiled as they broke off their hug and Max surprisingly pulled Kevin in for a hug.
Max: You kids did great. From what you told me, you stopped an interdimensional demon and a empowered Vilgax from destroying the universe.
Kevin: It was no problem.
Gwen: But we wouldn't have done it without Charmcaster talking Y/N into letting go of that power.
Ben: Yeah, if she didn't show up, the Y/N we knew wouldn't exist anymore.
Max: Speaking of those two, where are they?
Kevin: Y/N called ahead, they'll be a few minutes late.
Max: That's fine, we can get started.
Ben: Get started on what?
Max: Spring cleaning the Rust Bucket. I haven't done a good cleaning for the past year or so.
Kevin: Except for when I blew it up, which I probably shouldn't mention.

Max: If you kids are done, we can start by taking out the boxes I have in storage.
