Alexandria walked beside me as she took me to a building covered with goats' pelts. The smell invaded my nostrils and smelt sweet, like blood. The scent intensified as we entered the building. It was empty, apart from a boy at a desk. He looked about eighteen. Alexandria went up to him, dragging me along.
"So, Callum, any new Sinners come in while I was gone?" Alexandria leaned against the desk. Callum, I assumed his name was, shook his head. He looked up from the book in front of him and stared at me. His eyes were light purple, almost grey. Like mine.
"Is this Clark?" Callum spoke in a heavy Scottish accent. Alexandria nodded. "What's up with ye laddie? Moggie got yer tongue?" I didn't say anything. Alexandria punched Callum's arm. "Alright, alright, I'll stop with the slang!" Callum rubbed his arm. "So, how're you, Clark? Mum dead yet?" Alexandria shot him a look. "Oh...sorry..." Callum lowered his eyes. I smiled.
"It's okay, I'm over it." I sighed. Callum raised his eyes again and walked around the desk. We walked out of the building. Alexandria stood in between me and Callum.
"Come on, let's go to daddy's place." She walked a little quicker. I matched her pace easily, so did Callum. We seemed to be the same, except from his accent and hair. His was blond, but even the style was the same. I wondered if he had gone through the same things as me. It wasn't the time to ask though.

We reached Alexandria's father's house after a while. It was like a normal house, which was strange. It looked out of place in the wasteland that surrounded it. We went in to be greeted with a pungent smell of decay. It wasn't pleasant but it wasn't sickening either. I actually liked it.
"So, you're back, Alex." Someone said from the adjacent room. The voice was familiar.
"Yes Daddy! I brought Clark and Callum as well!" Alexandria sounded so childish. We followed her into the room. It looked just like any other living room, except that it had a throne-like chair at the far end. Someone was sitting there.
"Ah," The person stood up and came into the light. It was Lucifer. That meant that...Alexandria was Lucifer's daughter. It made no sense. Before I could speak he laughed. "So you've made the connection. That's one less thing to tell you." He was wearing normal clothes, not what you'd expect a fallen angel to wear. Alexandria hugged him like she hadn't seen him for years.
"Can I tell them Daddy? Can I? Please, please, please can I tell them?" Her voice was starting to get annoying.
"No, Alex. Let them figure it out themselves." He smiled and the two of them disappeared. Me and Callum were left alone.
"What d'you think that was about?" Callum turned to me. I shrugged. I seriously had no idea. "Well, at least it gives us an opportunity to get to know each other, right?"
"Yes...so...what year were you born?" I was really bad at starting conversations.
"Ninety five, you?"
"Ninety seven."
"Oh, aye? So you're sixteen then?" He sounded genuinely interested.
"Seventeen in six days." I didn't mean to sound proud but I did. He nodded. I went over to the fireplace opposite is and looked at the pictures standing on top. They were pictures of different families, all had Alexandria and Lucifer in them. I supposed that Lucifer went through partners really quickly. I studied one picture in particular, not because I liked it, but because the woman in it was my Grandma.
"You have parents?" Callum's words made me jump inside. I put down the picture. I would have to ask Lucifer a few questions later. I turned my attention to Callum.
"I did up until recently...my biological father left when I was ten, my step-father left yesterday and my mother died yesterday as well and, to top it all off, my grandma committed suicide two months ago." I said this in such a casual way it disturbed me. Callum looked like he wasn't effected by it at all.
"Same here, apart from the fact that they happened before yours." He sighed. Maybe we could be related, I thought.
"Do you know who your biological father was?" I was beginning to get curious. He nodded.
"His name was Alfie. Alfie Bailey. My last name got changed to my mother's when he left, so my name is now Callum Stevenson." He looked at me. I knew that he was related to me now. I knew for definite. "What's wrong with you now?"
"I-I-...we're related, Callum."

We were both sitting on the leather sofa, letting the fact that we were related sink in when Lucifer and Alexandria came back.
"So, did you find out?" Alexandria still had the childish tone. It annoyed the Hell out of me. Callum nodded. I still couldn't get my head around the fact that we were related. It only made a little sense. I mean, we had the same father, we had the same family background except that his happened before mine, we practically look like twins apart from a few things and we both had purple-grey eyes. It was like a fairytale gone wrong.
Lucifer smiled and looked at me and Callum. "You know, I could've told you both sooner, but that would've ruined the fun..." His grin widened. He looked at Alexandria. "Why don't you take them to see Timor?"
"Okay Daddy!" She motioned for us to follow her. "C'mon!" We both heaved ourselves off of the sofa and went after her.
