~Alexandria~

"Daddy, can you tell me the secret please?" I said in my sweetest voice. He shook his head. "Damn it...what about the-" He put a finger to my lips and shook his head again. I rolled my eyes and walked away. A new batch of Sinners had arrived this morning. I wanted to see what had been brought here.

I walked through the Orchard Of Mastema. It was always beautiful, the black fruits dangling from the branches, tempting newcomers to take a poisoned bite. I had witnessed over a thousand Sinners eat the fruit then instantly regret it. The look on their faces as they began to throw up their insides was pure gold. I smiled and carried on walking over to The Fracture.

It was just as I thought it would be. More drug addicts and successful suicide attempts. When Clark come down here, it'll be really fun showing him around, I thought. I sighed and approached the nearest Sinner. She looked normal enough. I gently tugged her sleeve. She jumped and turned around.

"W-who are you?" She was wide eyed and spoke quickly. I smiled my kindest smile and played with my hair a little.

"My name is Alexandria. What's yours?" I spoke in my best innocent voice. It must've convinced her because she relaxed a little. She smiled back at me weakly.

"Anna." Her smile grew more confident by the second. I gestured for her to come with me. She obeyed. I started to walk to Grandfather's palace. I looked over my shoulder to see Anna gazing around in awe. I turned my attention back to where I was leading her. After about five minutes Anna spoke to me, her voice filled with excitement.

"So, why is such an innocent girl like you here?" She was studying me intently. I giggled and turned to her.

"Innocent? You clearly have the wrong idea." My fingers tingled as I stared at her. She cocked her head to the side slightly. I smiled. "I killed my family two hundred years ago and I still have a blood lust..." She backed up a bit, her smile disappearing. I advanced on her slowly. Her eyes widened in fear. I loved it.

She backed up against a tree, her hands shaking in front of her face. I stopped a couple of steps in front of her. She was almost crying. Sinners these days are too weak, I thought. I shook my head, disappointed. I left Anna there, shaking and crying hysterically. Killing Sinners doesn't really interest me anymore, but it might interest Clark.

I walked back the way I came, towards The Fracture. The Fracture was empty now, much to my surprise. Usually it had at least a couple of Sinners that don't want to leave. I sighed and quickened my pace. I had to talk to Clark about his family. More likely the lack of it by now.

I got to The Fracture and thought for a moment. How was Clark going to cope with the news? I shrugged and decided that it'd have to be a surprise. I stepped through The Fracture, the darkness consuming me and spitting me out on the other side.
