~Lucifer's Point of View~
Everything is falling out of place. Clark has found out too much. He shouldn't know about Vivian, Alexandria or his fate. He knows about my plan, even if he doesn't realise it yet, he knows in the back of his mind. He knows what I have in store for him.
I need him to become Death's apprentice so that I can bring my sweetheart back. Vivian will be mine once more, just like it was before that scoundrel Mitchell showed up at took her away from me. I think it's good to know that he's dead now. Not by me though. Death got him. Old age. I don't think it was a fitting punishment. That dream-smasher should be burning my brother's dungeon.
Speaking of my brother, he's proud of Clark. He's proud of everything that the boy has figured out on his own. Especially the fact that he will always be presented by memories that will tear his world apart. This will shred Clark's already broken soul. The boy needs to learn real pain, not the pathetic shard of glass that his demon self drove into his chest. I had no part in that, by the way. That was Clark's demon side trying to kill his human Dominator.
Hmm. By the looks of your confused expression, I think I need to explain a bit more. You see, Recruits usually have two sides, one being demonic and the other human. One of these becomes a Dominator. Dominators, if you cannot tell by the name, take up over half of the Recruits souls. Dominators are normally human but, for example, in Alexandria's case her demon side was Dominant. She was a tough one to tame. Just how Satan likes them.
I shouldn't be telling you all this, but I want to annoy my brother, just like a little brother should. He deserves it for showing me up at Mother's wedding six hundred years ago. He made me dress like a girl, and for what? Nothing. He got nothing out of it apart from a few laughs. He'll pay for that. I never drop grudges until the victim is dead.
