Dirk's P.O.V.
After some persuasion, Iris finally began showing us around the gallery. I thought that this whole thing would be overly awkward and relatively passive-aggressive since Iris was here. Wait. Scratch the passive part of passive-aggressive. Anyways, I didn't get anything resembling that out of her. All I saw was a violet haired 17-year-old girl that I could've sworn wasn't Iris. The way she looked at the art pieces was almost indescribable. She looked so deeply happy; she was really showing a vulnerable side to her. She spoke of each piece as if it were a dear friend. This was quite weird for me to see, I'm not used to overly defensive people like Little Miss Stonewall showing vulnerable sides so easily.
To be honest, the demeanor that she showed in that art gallery scared me a little. However, it slowly began to grow on me as the tour continued. Then she said something, something that interested me further. She paused a moment and pointed to a bare section of a wall.
"Some day, one of my paintings will be hanging right there," she smiled and continued on, as if she hadn't said anything at all.
She really isn't like anyone that I know. Maybe that's why I continuously keep finding myself becoming more and more drawn to her. More and more interested in who she is. More and more enthralled in her very existence.
