Since your of marrying age, your father has set up a competition of the martial pursuits. The prize, of course, being you.
One young man, jack, wins quite handedly. But he is not a nobleman, just a mercenary captain. So your father announces someone else the victor.
Well that blew things over. On top of other insults amd outstanding debts, jack is quite angry.
So one day while your traveling, he captures you and takes you away. Being the princess, your left untouched until either you or your father accepts jacks demands.
However, Your lady-in-waiting/nanny/personal maid/whoever that accompanied you is not so lucky. Being of a lower status than you, shes fair game. So for a week or more you watch jack satisfy any lustful whim he has with your companion
