You are a woman in old westy times. For a time you had been living with relatives while your sweetheart went west and built a life for you. But after said relatives death, you were quickly running out if funds and had to come west anyway.
What you find is a deeply suspicious town and your man, jack taylor, has settled in a taboo spot. He's gotten into fights jn then and the rumor mill has it he's murdered two men.
Then your stage goes by the scene if jack with gun in hand, facing four men and a fifth dead on the ground
