[Miami's POV]
We had now walked one whole day and night, with it being in the middle of the day time. "Sire, I don't think I can walk anymore." I told him as my feet slid across the ground, then got caught on a root. I was about to face plant the ground, but Sire caught me just in time, placing me on his tail again. "Just rest, we'll be there when you wake up."
I didn't complain, as soon as my face laid against his body, and his coat wrapped around me. It was as if I was in my mother's whom again, and I could just relax. My eyes closed on their own, and I was...asleep.

"Wake up Madiline!"My eyes shot open, and I stared at the woods around us again. "Geez, we're gonna stay in the woods forever aren't we?" I asked stretching.
"Yes, we may." He told me straight forward, and looked around. "I can't smell or hear them. They must not be near, I know I can still hear good."
Anxiety raced over me as I climbed off his tail, and looked around with wide eyes. "Oh dear god. The trees are huge!" I cried, hearing my voice echo around us. The funny thing about that though, is-uhh...well the only thing that echoed was "huge." With that said, I was quite shocked when I listened to Sire snort, but when I looked back at him, his face remained the same serious look.
"Well, that did get their attention. Get back under my jacket, quickly!" He snapped, and I hustled quickly back in the hidden. My heart pounded and this time I wasn't in a whom, I was in a cave hot and sweaty, waiting-hiding for dear life. Wondering if I was even going to make it out alive.
