The past two weeks had been so stressful. School had started back, and we'd already had piles of homework and revision. I hadn't seen or spoke to George for what felt like forever. He worked at the coffee shop when I was at school, then was rehearsing with the boys in the evenings. The only times I ever get to see the boys now is at school.

It was Friday morning. This week at school had dragged and I could not wait for the weekend. Tomorrow night was the first live performance on the xfactor, so the boys weren't in school today as they were moving in to the xfactor house. The only times we'd get to see them now is Saturday and Sunday night after the performances or when they possibly had time during the week, which was rare.

I walked through the school gates with Liv at my side as I headed towards reg.

"I'm really nervous about tomorrow night Jess" Liv said.

"Um hello, I'll have to see george?" I shouted.

"Yes but do you think they'll do well? I really want them to do well jess" liv sighed.

"Oh my god yes now stop worrying" I laughed.

I was telling Liv to stop worrying when I was worrying myself. The boys, our boys, my four best friends, well three, were on live TV infront of hundreds and thousands of viewers. I hated it. The thought of obsessive twelve year olds all over the country, stalking and claiming they own them. The thought made me want to cry.

Reg went really quick and so did English, but next was two hours of Art.

I had art with Shanay.

I placed my bag and coat on the floor and sat down next to Shanay. We had a supply so everyone was on their phones and talking.

"Jess what are you wearing tomorrow?" Shanay asked.

"I'm not sure, a dress I guess, you?" I asked.

"Same, oh my god it's going to be so exciting" Shanay squealed. "But I'm nervous about getting out of the car at the back entrance. There'll be loads of fans and they all know us, I know we'll get some sort of hate".

I went quiet and thoughts filled my head. She was right. We were going to get hate. They'd target at me because I'm his "ex". They'll want to hurt me like they assume I've hurt George.

"Uh.. don't worry about it. We won't get hate silly" I lied.

"Well I hope so" shanay replied.

'Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone. I'll be waiting, all that's left to do is run. You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess, It's a love story, baby, just say, yes'

The girls, the boys' families and I all sat front row as the boys belted their hearts out.

George looked perfect, he really did. They were all in skinny jeans with similar red tops on.

All of us girls were beaming. I'm so proud of them, we're so proud of them. To think my best friends are stood on stage in front of thousands yet live on tv to hundreds and thousands is unbelievable, it's a lot to take in.

Murron gripped my hand tightly as Josh sang his solo, she screamed frantically as tears fell onto her cheeks.

He blew her a kiss and carried on singing.

"Jess I'm so proud of them" Murron cried.

"Me too" I said, smiling.

When the song finished, everyone stood up on their feet clapping and screaming. The boys' faces lit up and they all let out a massive grin.
