"WAKE UP, YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE!" Nina yelled in my face. I opened my eyes and my head hurt. I didnt even drink last night. I rolled over, and a body was laying there... Jay. I smiled and got up, but how the hell did he not wake up from Nina's loud mouth?

I got out of bed and looked at my phone. 7:30 AM, and my first class was at eight.

Since I had no time to take a shower, I changed my clothes into a pair of black skinny jeans, a gray sweatshirt, and a pair of black Vans. I put of some deodorant and ran a brush through my hair, and put it back in a gray headband. Then I put some foundation, eyeliner, and mascara on, then to finish, I sprayed my body with Bath and Body Works "Wild Berry Tulip", my favorite scent.

I walked over to Jay and gave him a kiss on his forehead, then I walked out. Nina was at the table, patiently waiting for me. "For once I'm finally ready before you." She said with a laugh. I stuck my tongue out and then we left.

We took a bus to the campus. Nina and I had our first class together, and then the rest of our classes were different. I had only three classes today, but Nina had four. About an hour and a half per class.

Our first class was math... Gross.

We walked around until we finally found the classroom. "We are going to school for two different jobs, and both of them don't require math." I said. "I know, but everyone has to take it, just for life reasons." She said. I nodded my head.

It felt like we were back in high school, but only this time our dream was coming true. I sat next to her, at the back of the class. She was squinting to see the board. "Why don't we move up?" I asked. She nodded her head. We both got up and moved up three rows.

"Better?" I asked. "Yeah." She said. She looked nervous, and so was I. We pulled out our notebooks and pencils. Our professor was at the front of the class, writing things on the board.

When the whole class was here, he turned around and looked at us. He looked to be around twenty five, maybe thirty. He wasn't like any other professor, he had a nose ring, longish hair, and he wore converse.

"Well class, I'm Professor Adams, and I will be your math teacher for this semester." He had a really strong British accent. He reminded me of Vic Fuentes from Pierce The Veil, like it was scary how much they looked alike, but Vic was darker, and his piercing was on the other side of his nose, and Vic was American.

Professor Adams made us copy down a few things, then had us solve a few math problems. Everything I did, I had already learned.

The class dragged on, but finally it was over. As we switched to our next class, Professor Adams called Nina and I over to his desk before we walked out. "Thank you for participating, at least I know that two people were paying attention." He said. We both smiled. "Thank you." Nina and I said at the same time. He nodded his head, then we walked out.

"Okay since I end before you, I will wait for you at Starbucks across the street, okay?" I confirmed. "Alrighty. Good luck." She gave me a head, then I said good luck to her then we both parted on our own.

Ah, the end of school, my favorite part of the day.

I walked out of school and walked across the street to Starbucks. I texted Nina saying I was out, and she said that her class was cancelled because the professor had gone home with the stomach bug. So she was heading over to Starbucks now.

When she arrived, we ordered a latté, then sat down at the table and did some homework. "So overall, how was your day?" I asked her. She looked at me. "Stressful." She said. I smiled. "Same. But hey, at least we are getting an education." She smiled then continued working.

After an hour of working on homework, we decided to leave. It was close to three in the afternoon, so we decided to head home.

When we got home, Haley was watching TV and sipping on a cup of coffee. When she saw us enter the living room she got up and gave us huge hugs. "How was your first day?" She asked us. Too much caffeine. "It went well." I answered. "That's so awesome, like seriously!" She said. She was practically jumping around on her toes. "You're so weird. But I love it." I said with a laugh. Then I walked into my room and Jay was still sound asleep... Still.

I could imagine Jet lag kicked his ass. We both didnt fall asleep until two, well I fell asleep at two, but I woke up to go to the bathroom at five, and he was still up, sipping on a cup of tea.

I set my bags down gently. Then I walked over to him and got on the bed and crawled up next to him. He wrapped his arms around me and held me close.

I dozed off for about an hour, until I had fallen off the bed. Fuck it hurt. I got up, and felt dizzy. I held my head. I must have banged it on the side table.

I walked out of my room and all the lights were off. The only light that was given off were candles. Nina, Haley and Jay sat on the couch, their heads back. "What's going on?" I asked. They all looked up. "The power is off." Nina said. "What why? I payed the first three-" then Jay cut me off. "Big thunder storm!" He said. I nodded my head and walked over and crawled up next to Jay. "Now we are sat here, bored out of our mind!" Haley said.

Then an idea came to mind. "Where's Tom and Nath?" I asked Jay. "Nathan texted me, he's coming in to town in two days, visiting family." Nina said. "Same with Tom." Haley said. Well there goes my plan.

"Oh, well I was gonna see if they wanted to come over so we can all hang out. And ask Siva and Nareesha and Max to tag along." I said. "Maybe another day love." Jay said, giving me a kiss on the top of my forehead. I smiled. He pulled me close and I laid my head on his chest.

"So what are you going to school to become?" Jay asked Nina. "A doctor, blood and guts. Not mind doctor, like you girlfriend!" She said with a laugh. "I hate hospitals. And blood. And gore." I said. Jay raised his eyebrow. "If you hate blood and gore, why do you watch those horror movies?" He asked. "I mean, I can't handle it in real life." I said with a laugh. Jay playfully gave my arm a little tap. "Smarty pants." He said.

It was around eight at night, and we were so bored. No Internet. No TV. Nothing. The wind was blowing, thunder was rumbling, and lightening lighted up the dark sky.

By then, Nina had fallen asleep, but Haley was still wide awake. Us three talked and laughed. "So I was home alone today, and I was on a caffeine high and I was blasting music throughout the flat. I was dancing around in a pair or shorts and a sports bra and literally someone was staring at me through the window. With binoculars!" Haley said. "Oh my god how is that funny?" I asked. "Because, I did one of my 'cute' faces and you should have seen his face when he saw me. He just laugh and walked away." She explained. Jay and I chuckled.

"That's so creepy, yet so funny at the same time." I said. "Agreed!" Jay said. We continued talking, then Haley asked a question that made my stomach churn, and made me feel like I wanted to faint. "So Jay, ever thought about popping the question?" She asked. I looked at her with wide eyes and kicked her lightly on the shin.

"I haven't really. I won't ask her until I find my first gray hair." He said. "Awe that is so sweet!" Haley said. I said nothing. "Well, this has been great and we should do this again sometime, but you two got too much catching up to do and I'm tired. So goodnight loves." Then Haley got up and walked back to her room.

We sat silent on the couch. "I'm sor-" I began. "Don't worry about it. Trust me, people ask me that all the time, especially my mum." He said. "But she doesn't even know me." I said. He shrugged. "She loves you already, just what by I tell her." He said. I smiled.

Then all at once, the TV, my phone, and the lights turned on. "Yay, the power is back on!" I said. I walked over to the kitchen to go get something to eat then I walked back out to the living room and Jay was on his phone. "Want to go to my house and watch Avatar?" He asked. "I have class in the the morning, maybe tomorrow?"

He looked up from his phone. "I'm in the studio all day tomorrow. Then Wednesday we got to go to a children's hospital and sing to the children, then Thursday we head over to Oxford University for interviews in the music section. So I'm not available until Friday night, until nine, but you fall asleep early on Fridays and-" "Jay, it's fine! We will find time." I said with a loving smile. "Good. Because I miss you already." He said.

I smiled. "I know, I miss you too." He pulled me close and gave my body a little squeeze. "Love you." He said. "Love you too."
