It was almost eleven at night, and Jay and I were driving to the airport to pick up Mr. And Mrs. Campbell.

Jay was driving and I was falling asleep, but I forced to keep my eyes open. Jay patted my hand. "We have thirty minutes left, get some rest love." "I'm good." I took a sip of my coffee. "Do you want music on?" He asked me. "Why not!" I said with a smile.

I looked through his CDs and one caught my eye... "Hold Me Down" by You Me at Six. "You like them?" I asked. Jay looked shocked. "You like them?" He asked me. I laughed. "Hell yes I do!" I popped in the CD and skipped to the second track, "Underdog".

"This is my favorite from the album!" I said. Jay smiled and cranked up the music. I took a sip of my coffee and we both sang along, totally off key. "Underdog! Just look at the mess you made!' We sang along.

When the song was over, we laughed and listened to the rest of the album.

When we arrived to the airport, It was around 11:30 and their plane wasn't landing for another half hour.

"I want more coffee!" I said. We got out of the car and went into the airport and waited by the gate for the Campbell's.

"There's a Starbucks by gate four." And we were at gate seven. "Can I go get some?" I asked. Jay shrugged his shoulders. "Well, their plane will be landing soon so can you run there?" I smiled. "Fuck yes!" Then I turned around and bolted to Starbucks.

Five minutes of non-stop running, I arrived to Starbucks. I sighed a sigh of relief.

"What would you like?" The waitress asked. "Just a large French vanilla coffee with extra sugar please!" I ordered. She smiled and went off to make the coffee.

I took out the money and payed for the coffee once it was finished. I grabbed a top, put it on, and then ran back to gate four.

Yet again, I arrived back to gate four, and I made it just in time. I saw the Campbell's plane land right when I was walking up to Jay. "They're here!" I said with excitement.

Ten minutes later, I saw Mr. And Mrs. Campbell walked through the gates. I ran over to them and gave them a huge hug. "Ah, our third daughter!" Mr. Campbell said. I pulled away and introduced Jay to them. "This is my boyfriend Jay!" I said. "It's a pleasure to meet you." Jay said, holding out his hand to shake their hands. They accepted the hand shake and introduce themselves.

"Do you need help with your bags?" I asked. "Yes please!" I grabbed a bag, and so did Jay then we walked back out to the car.

When we got to the car, I put the bags in the trunk and Mr. And Mrs. Campbell climbed into the backseat. "You guys will be staying at our flat in the guest room, is that okay?" I asked. "That is lovely, thank you! But for the next few nights we will be staying in the hospital." Mrs. Campbell said. "Alrighty, where do you want to go, our flat or the hospital?" I asked. Jay tapped on my thigh. "The hospital doesn't accept visitors after eight." He said.

"Do you mind bringing us to the hospital in the morning?" Mr. Campbell asked Jay. "Not at all, what time were you planning on going?" He asked. Mr. Campbell looked at Mrs. Campbell and they discussed what time they should go visit. Once they agreed on a time, Mrs. Campbell spoke up. "Is eleven too soon?" She asked. "Not at all." Jay said with a smile.

I took the last sip of my coffee and laid my head back. We were half way home, but I was completely shattered. I fell fast asleep, just praying and hoping everything is going to get better.

I woke up the next morning and it was gloomy and rainy out. I looked at my phone and it was twelve in the afternoon. I rubbed my eyes and got out of bed.

Jay must have went to go drop off Mr. and Mrs. Campbell because they were not in sight.

I went into the kitchen and made myself some pancakes and a cup of Yorkshire tea... My favorite!

I pulled out my phone from my pocket and decided to call my school saying that I wasn't going to be there for two weeks because I will be helping out with Haley. The doctors said that she could come home next week, because her ribs were healing fast, along with the rest of her.

I planned on going to pick up all my class work and get the notes from Stacey, a girl that I had all classes with, she said she would email me them. The school understood and said I would have work waiting for me in about an hour, so I decided to eat really fast then take a shower, then head on over to school.

~

When I got to school, I went into the main office and grabbed all my work... And it was a lot! Nina had already called all her teachers and I picked up her work also.

When I walked back into the main hallway, and I saw Professor Adams was walking by. "Hey! I heard you and Nina aren't going to be in class for the next two weeks! Everything alright?" He asked me. I stopped. "Yeah, just an accident that her younger sister had. We're going to take care of her whole shes getting better." I said. "Oh that's nice, well If you two need notes or anything, I can email them to you or" I cut him off. "Thanks, but Stacy Harrold is gonna give me the notes." I said, obviously in a hurry to leave because I had two huge bags full of books on my shoulders. "Oh awesome. Do you need a ride?" He asked. I hesitated. "I only asked because you look like you are in pain with all those bags." He said. "Are you sure? You don't have to." I said. "Is fine, I'm on a lunch break anyways and I don't have another class for another two hours anyways." He said. "Well in that case, I would very much appreciate a ride." I said with a little laugh. He chuckled and he lead us to his car.

When we got to the car, he let me put my bags in the backseat and we got in and headed back to the flat.

"So how do you like it here in London?" He asked while driving. "It's very different from home, but I love it. At first I was a little hesitant because its a whole 'nother country and I was nervous but excited about the whole thing." I explained. Then I told him to take a left. "Yeah I know what you mean. I was actually born in the U.S. but my mom remarried to another man when my father died and my step-father lived in Manchester so he flew us out to live with him, when I was just barely three years old. Ever since then I have never visited the U.S. because it just brings back sad memories." "I'm sorry," I said. "What about family?" "Mom or dad didn't have any siblings and both their parents died." He said. I felt bad for him. "I'm sorry." I said. He laughed. "Do you apologize this much?" He asked. I chuckled. "It's a bad habit." I said. "I see!"

When we arrived to the flat, I stepped out of the car and he helped me carry in all the books. "Thanks again for helping." I said. "It's no problem." We climbed up the stairs and I set a bag down to unlock the door. "Sorry for the mess, I haven't had much time to clean." I said. He walked in and set the books down. "It's not a mess!" He said, looking at me like I was crazy. I laughed. "Don't go into the rooms then!" He laughed. "Are you busy right now, do you want to go get a coffee or something?" He asked. "That would be lovely, but I can't right now. But defiantly another time!" He smiled. "Awesome! So, I'll see you around?" He asked. "Yes!" "Good." He smiled and just before he was about to leave I stopped him. "You know what? A coffee wouldn't hurt, I'll go grab my wallet."
