After bickering, fighting, and giving each other the silent treatment, Nina was leaving for New York City in two days from today. The job she got was great, and it'll show her what it is like to be a lawyer because she gets to stand by one for nine hours, five days a week. It's just hard to see her go for six months because we basically just got here and we are finally settled in.

To make things even more sad, Haley is going with her. After the six months in New York, Nina is going to come back and Haley is going to stay for an extra three months because she's going to school there.

I believe that they are living with their aunt who has a beautiful apartment in West Village, and it works out perfectly because Nina's job is only five blocks away and Haley's school is right down the street.

I'm gonna miss those little fuckers, a lot! They are coming back for Christmas to spend time here with me, because I'm going to be all alone. Jay is heading back to Nottingham, and I am so crammed with school work that week, I sort of can't go back to the U.S.

It's going to be hard seeing them leave so soon, but I understand that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Nina, and I'm proud of her. Very proud actually.

I walked into the flat to see Nathan and Nina all cuddled up together on the couch. "Hey love birds!" I teased. They hated when I did that. Socially awkward people.

Nina threw a pillow at me, but I dodged it so it ended up hitting Haley who was right behind me.

"Hey!" Haley said, picking up the pillow and throwing it back at Nina then walking away back to her room. She had recently gotten her cast off on her leg and arm.

I walked over to the chair that sat across from Nina.

"Are you all packed?" I asked. She nodded. Nathan was sleeping beside her, slightly tossing and turning from the talking. "You leave in three days right?" I asked. Nina nodded and looked down at her hands.

Then I noticed a tear fall down her cheek. I got up and walked over to her and hugged her. "Don't cry love. It's okay, it's only six months. It'll go by faster than you think." I said. "I know, I'm just going to miss here, you, Nath, Jay, Tom, and the other lads. Even Big Kev!" She said while sobbing.

I looked over her shoulder and Nathan was awake, eyeballing me. I mouthed 'its okay' and he gave me a little smile. I pulled away from Nina and got up and sat back down in the chair.

Nathan sat up and hugged Nina. He patted her hair while holding her tight. I smiled slightly then got back up and walked into Haley's room.

"Hey chica!" I said. She looked up and gave me a cheeky smile. "What?" I asked, sort of worried. "We're going out tonight!" She said. I raised an eyebrow. "Says who?" I asked. She laughed. "Tom wants to take me, Nina, you and the lads out as a 'going-away' party." She said. "Nicely! What time?" I asked. "He wants us to be there around seven." I looked at my phone. "Go tell Nina, and we should start getting ready because its five." I said. Haley let out this evil sound, got up and ran out of the room. Weirdo... But I love it!

I went into my room and took a shower. When I finished, I got out and went back into my room to get dressed.

I put on my cream short sleeve lace dress, with my nude platform pumps, and I accessorized the outfit with my nude studs, my Karen Millen Metal bow clutch, and my nude bow necklace. I left my hair all natural and just did a simple lining of eyeliner around my eyes and put on mascara.

After I finished getting ready, I went into the living room and waited.

A half hour later, Nina and Haley walked out. Nina was wearing a Denim and Lace Supply Ralph Lauren Lace Cami Top with a Miss Selfridge Floral print skater skirt with a pair of white X-Front Slingback Wedge Sandals. She accessorized the outfit with a nude pink stone necklace and a short cuff bracelet. Her makeup was nice and simple, but her ombréd hair was slightly curled, which looked really pretty.
