" Tae, will you please stop. You think we are doing this happily? We have no idea what is happening with our pack. It's been a few days since Yoongi started having issues with his wolf. Now I can't sense Hoseok's or your wolf. No one has any idea why this is all happening. Also, there is Jungkook's birth pack, who wants to take Jungkook with them and keeps attacking us. And amongst all these, I have my own issues with his wolf." Jin exhales, " And here you are shouting at us for not wanting to worry you all. You and Jimin are pregnant, and Jungkook is already stressed about his birth pack. What would you do if you were in my place, Tae?"

Namjoon stands near Hoseok, " Oh, that's why my wolf was restless all morning? Hobi, I couldn't feel your wolf at all. Now that Jin hyung mentioned, Tae, you too. What is happening, hyung?"

Jin looks exhausted," I don't know Namjoon-ah. But I can't keep denying the probability that it might have something to do with Jungkook's pack–"

"Hyung, it can't be", Hoseok interrupts.

Tae moves near Jin and holds his hand, " Even if it has something to do with Jungkook's pack, we will find a solution soon. Hyung, you are right, he won't be able to handle it. Both Jungkook and Jimin are going to be so mad at us. I had even lied that I wasn't feeling well to check on what you guys were up to. But let's handle that later." Tae sits near Jin, " As Yoongi hyung said, we don't have all day. What shall we do, Hyung?"

Jin replies," Yeah. I asked Yoongi if we could ask the healer for his opinion on his wolf being this way, but he doesn't want that–"

Tae interrupts Jin and glares at Yoongi, " What is it with you? We could have found the reason for our wolf acting this way had you just gone to the healer sooner. Also, what is with you playing the healer with Jungkook yesterday?"

Namjoon reminds them," But I feel really okay today. I didn't think whatever you guys did would work. Even Jimin is okay. If you know what herbs to use to treat these wounds, why have you not done that before?"

" Yeah, I was limping for an entire month a few years back, and you did nothing but laugh at me." Hoseok frowns.

" I don't know anything about healing. I have no idea about it. It was Jungkook. Hyung, I don't think whatever is happening with our pack is not just because of Jungkook's birth pack"

Yoongi exhales and looks at Jin, " Hyung, yesterday during the hunt, why were you in so much pain? Like somebody actually hurt you."

Namjoon looks at Jin and Yoongi, " When did this happen? Were Jungkook's pack wolves there too? Also, you were so quick. Was that because of that attack with you guys? I was wondering how you guys were so fast."

Hoseok sighs," No Namjoon-ah. There were no other wolves from Jungkook's pack" Hoseok looks at Jin, "You were not hurt. I still have no idea why you were in pain all of a sudden. And to add to the existing confusion, Yoongi hyung and Tae came too as if they knew Jin hyung was in pain."

Tae interrupts" Not me hyung. I was puzzled just like you. All of a sudden, Yoongi hyung wanted to check on Jin hyung."

" It was as if Jin hyung and Yoongi hyung were trying to warn us that others would be in pain soon. Tae and I didn't really know what was happening to them. We had no other choice but to trust them and follow them to you guys. This is the first time that something like this has happened," says Hoseok.

" No, I don't think it's the first time that has happened. Jin hyung, the day when Jungkook went missing. You were rushing me all of a sudden, and then you were so calm. Even after Tae and Jimin told you to go find him, you were unusually calm. I couldn't understand how you were so calm." Namjoon added.

" That's because Jungkook was soon okay." Looking at the frowning faces, Jin realised what he said didn't make any sense. "I mean, the entire morning I felt uneasy. Jungkook was panicking all of a sudden that day when he went missing. I think I could sense him panicking, and after Yoongi had found him in the forest, he was so calm, so I figured whatever issue he was in was sorted out. That's why I didn't really go search for him that day, I knew he was nearby."

" Also, yesterday, I felt the same restlessness. But while Hobi and I were hunting, there was a sharp shot of pain from my abdomen as if I was directly hit by a wolf. And somehow, I could feel something bad was gonna happen to Jungkook, that's why I rushed all of you to check on Jungkook."

" Wow, so mountain wolves' mating bonds have so many perks? Hyung, if I'm right, by the time you started experiencing the pain, that rogue wolf didn't start the fight there. Jungkook's howl was heard later. We were very near Jungkook that time. So even Jungkook knew about the danger only later. Like, how could you feel the upcoming danger?" Hoseok wonders if it's because both Jin and Jungkook are mountain wolves and thus could communicate literally everything through their mating bond.

" Seriously! Hobi, that's not how mating bonds work. Be it any wolf, the mating bond will let us feel our mate's emotions, but to predict the upcoming event or danger is witchcraft." Namjoon is just at a loss of words.

"Is this because Jin hyung met the wolves from Jungkook's pack?" asks Tae.

Yoongi, who is puzzled by everything that's happening, says, " I'm sorry, hyung, but I think it has something to do with Jungkook. I haven't actually met any of the wolves from Jungkook's pack. Because even if we think this is all happening because of Jungkook's pack, that doesn't answer what is happening with our wolves. Actually, my wolf. Since the day I lost connection with my wolf. I have this new connection that holds me. I didn't mention this, but I could sometimes feel whatever you and Jungkook are actually feeling. Like yesterday, I could feel you were in pain, that's why Tae and I rushed to see you. And later, I could literally understand what Jungkook was searching for, and that's why I was able to help him."
