I took my camera as I went outside, getting pictures for my assignment. Since Titanium had come to town, everyone wanted to be near him, get to know him.

And by everyone, I mean all the newspapers.

I'd been a photographer for a few years, and had been working for The Seedy Post for about two and a half years.

The Seedy Post was a famous newspaper in this town. It began with George Allen, a man who was very ambitious. This, of course, happened over five decades ago. Apparently he started it because no other newspaper was printing real news- nothing about crimes that happened were in the papers. So he started it and became mega famous. But just in Seedy Heights. He died about a year ago, in his sleep. Or that's what the newspaper said.

I don't really trust the media when it comes to news because everything always seems more dramatic that it really is. But our local newspaper seems to get everything straight.

My job is to capture moments that the newspaper writes about. Now my main job is to write about Titanium and any villains he battles. It's always hard to catch him since he's antisocial.

I know, right? How ironic.

I was crossing the street when I heard a loud crash. My instinct was to duck and cover my head, but before I could, I was flying. I saw what had landed - a huge piece of concrete. People began screaming and running in all different directions; some people had stayed frozen in their spots like idiots because if another piece of concrete came, it would be sure to hit them.

I looked around and saw that Titanium was holding me. He set me down and winked before flying off. I snapped out if my daze and chased after him, taking as many pictures as I can. He was fighting this orange and green colored tall guy. The orange and green guy had thrown Titanium away from him, but he landed on his feet.

"I am Mist-a-Swirl! You cannot defeat me, Titanium! I will kill you and enslave all of Seedy Heights! Surrender now and I will spare you, Titanium!"

Titanium opened his mouth, but a voice cut him off.

"What kind of name is 'Mist-a-Swirl'? You look like you belong in Trix cereal."

Titanium and Mist-a-Swirl looked my way. I looked around and realized I was the one who said that. Titanium looked at Mist-a-Swirl again.

"Do you belong in cereal?"

Mist-a-Swirl looked confused.

"Of course not, foolish superhero!"

"Where's the rabbit?" I asked.

Titanium laughed, which made Mist-a-Swirl angry. He knew that he wouldn't be able to defeat Titanium so quickly, so he locked onto me. I realized this, so to taunt him, I smiled and took a picture of him. He immediately jumped off of the building they were on and flew to get me I looked around and ran, trying to get away. I heard a humming noise getting closer and closer, so I ducked down and turned around, pushing off the ground to get momentum. Before I could get far, I was brought up in to the air.

"Like making fun of villains, do you?" he whispered in my ear. "Let's see how much you like it now."

He let go of me and I screamed as I fell. I was caught again, but this time by Titanium. He set me down and looked around for Mist-a-Swirl. He was flying in the air.

"I'll be back, and that wench over there is the first one I'll be after." his tone had changed dramatically from when he first began talking. It was more sinister now.

I noticed Titanium was standing next to me, holding my arm. Then I smiled and took a picture of him looking at the villain flying off until he was no longer viewable. Titanium whipped his head at me and gave me a weird look. Then he smiled and I took another picture.

"Thanks," I said, smiling back. I tried to walk away, but Titanium still had my arm. I looked at it pointedly, but he pulled me to him and whispered a warning.

"Watch your back. You're no longer safe."

Comments, anyone? Oh, and I spelt 'superheroes' with a z in the tags so that it'd be easy to find this story with just the tags if you forgot the name of the story.
