When Chris entered the office, I jumped up.
“How did you know the photos were in black and white?” I asked, pointing a finger at his chest.
“What?”
“How did you know the photos were in black and white,” I repeated.
Chris gave me a weird look.
“Do you know Titanium?” I asked. “Because he’s the only one who saw the photos.”
“One, the photos are printed in black and white in the paper, and two, you’re who Titanium has been talking about?”
“So you admit, you know Titanium,” I said, crossing my arms. Then I uncrossed them and shifted around uncomfortably. “Wait, you’ve been talking about me?”
Chris nodded and walked over to his chair to sit down. “Yes to both. Titanium and I have been long friends.” He stopped to laugh. “Sorry, just thought of something funny. And as for talking about you, it seems that Titanium has taken quite a liking to you. He talks about you all the time.”
I smiled. “Well you can tell Titanium I like him too.”
Chris smiled quickly, but then looked back at the article. “Did you find any good pictures?”
I smiled sheepishly. “Whoops. I was too concerned with you knowing about the black and white pictures. But I guess any picture showing my face would be okay.”
Chris and I set to work on the article for the rest of the morning.

“You’re doing it again!” I yelled after reading what Chris wrote.
He slammed his hands down on the keyboard and looked at me. “What am I doing?”
“You’re making Titanium sound like a wimp again,” I said, pointing to the sentence which proved my point.
This whole scenario felt oddly familiar.
“You know what, Victoria? You’re doing it again.”
“Oh?” I said, leaning on the table with one hand, “And what am I doing?”
“Bugging the hell out of me!”
“Well sorry! I’ll leave so I don’t bug you anymore. You’re perfectly capable of writing a piece about me without me, aren’t you?”
“Obviously not, Vic.”
“Who said you could call me Vic?” I asked.
“I dunno, Jesus?”
I scoffed. “Let’s just try to get through this. I want to get this over with.”
And we did. There were several times where I thought I would smack Chris in the face and push him out of the window.
But I refrained and kept my cool as much as I could. Now I was on my way home. I wanted to calm myself down and take a bubble bath. I hadn’t had one of those in a while.
I had stripped myself down when I got in the door and ran upstairs to get a towel. I turned on the faucet and put my hair up. When the water had reached a reasonable level and the bubbles were… bubbly, I slipped in and sighed. The warm water was very relaxing. I had music playing in the background to get my mind off of things. After a while, I suddenly had the feeling to inspect what bruises were on me. I saw bruises on my side and on my arms. I lifted my legs up to examine them when a wolf whistle was let out.
I turned my head to the door and lowered myself into the bubbles.
“Dammit, Titanium!”
He smirked and said, “I’m quite enjoying the show.”
“Why do you keep breaking in?”
He took a seat on the stool I kept in there when I needed to reach the light bulb and looked at me.
“You should really invest in an alarm. You never know who could break into your house.”
I rolled my eyes. “You mean like the superhero who’s supposed to be keeping a town safe right now, instead of being in a bathroom with a naked girl?”
“I think he can do both. He has a watch that alerts him of any news.”
“Of course he does. Now if you don’t mind, I’m taking a bath.”
“But I heard you like me,” Titanium said, smiling smugly at me.
I rolled my eyes and smiled. “Wipe that smile off of your face. I heard you like me too, so I have nothing to be ashamed of.”
Titanium stood up and walked around the small bathroom. “Ah, but Victoria, I the bubbles have begun to disperse and as much as I like you, I couldn’t stare at you in the water.”
My eyes widened and I looked down. The bubbles were starting to disappear… giving a nice clear view of my breasts. I grabbed the towel and jumped up, covering myself quickly.
“Aren’t you the perfect gentleman, looking away? How sweet,” I said. I could feel my cheeks start to warm up.
The same beeping from yesterday began again right at that moment. Titanium looked at his watch.
He turned to me to kiss me and said, “Thank you again for that show, Victoria. I’m quite lonely sometimes.” He pouted for a few seconds before running out and leaping off the balcony.
“I’ll show him how lonely he can be, bastard,” I mumbled, draining the water from the tub and going into my room to go to sleep.
What a jerk.

I’d like to ask something. But I think it’d be better to wait until a later chapter. So I’m going to watch something with Paul Rudd because I love his eyes. I saw the movie Killers. Did you ever see it? It wasn’t what I was expecting, but I love Ashton Kutcher, so it was okay. I thought they’d be trying to kill that guy that Spencer was killing in the beginning, but they didn’t. And then I thought that they’d go to San Francisco, but then they didn’t. I hate when movies aren’t what you expect or not what they appear to be when you watch the trailers.
So I’m going to stop the rant, because I really want to see Paul Rudd’s eyes.
Bye!
