Third person POV:
The guards tried various styles of interrogation over the time period of 2 days on Lucinda, but none seemed to work. She didn't talk and played it off like she didn't know where Alexis was. They eventually let her go and she ran back to her house and signalled Alexis with her communication device.
Lucinda's POV:
Lucinda: "c'mon, c'mon, c'mon Alexis please pick up............."
Alexis: "Oh, hey Lucinda you won't believe what happened today in my dorm-"
Lucinda: "Sorry for cutting you off but, your clone idea didn't work that well. They found out you are missing and have been doing a village wide search for the past 5 days!"
Alexis: "Calm down Lucinda."
Lucinda: "CALMN DOWN-ALEXIS, WHAT IF THEY FIND THE PORTAL IN THE WOODS!
Alexis: "Don't worry Lucinda, they won't find the portal."
Lucinda: "AND HOW DO YOU KNOW."
Alexis: "Because I kinda......... Broke it (Alexis laughs awkwardly)."
Lucinda: "Alexis......WHAT WERE YOU THINKING. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GET BACk!"
Alexis: "Lucinda I'm in a school full of magics user, I'll find a way back."
Lucinda: "your right (Lucinda exhales a breath of relief)."
Alexis: "Anyways I gotta go, I don't wanna be late for class."
Lucinda: "ok bye!"
Alexis: "bye heh!"
She hangs up the phone and I stare at the ceiling and think to myself for hours. I think the reason Alexis worries me sometimes, is because she is just like me when I was her age heh. But is that a good thing, or a bad thing?
