Akashi's POV

"We need to talk." That was the only thing that came out from her mouth before she stepped into the gym and finally shut the door behind her. I sighed in annoyance and put my bag on the bench.

"Whatever it is, just make it quick. I don't have much time to hear your complain." I replied coldly.

Her eyes widen while she gave me a surprise look. She frowned and averted her gaze towards the court, she paused for awhile which caused a short silence that enveloped the gymnasium.

"Fine. You got me." She raised her hands on defense and huffed. "Then I guess since you know what am I gonna do, I'll just go to the topic." She suddenly said with a serious tone and stare sharply into my dual orbs.

I sighed and closed my eyes as I leaned my back against the wall. I looked up to the sealings and formed a little smile, "'Stop all of this nonesense and bring the team back like before.' Is that what you wanna say to me? Heh, I heard that a lot from people like you. Especially Tetsuya, you guys really are similar in some ways."

She blinked several times and suddenly chuckled lightly at my response.

"Is there something wrong?" I asked irritably and turned my head to face her.

She didn't say anything and just staring blankly to the court. Then she sighed, "Well, actually I didn't come here to have a long chat with you, Akashi. It's something else."

I frowned and gave her a questioning look as I stood up from my seat, "Then what is it? Spit it out already, [F/n]." I said.

She sighed and turned away as she took a basketball from her bag. She dribble it lightly and tossed it to me. "Play a 1 on 1 game with me. Right here, right now." She said sternly and removed her jacket then walked towards the court. I blinked several times at her sudden action but quickly followed her along.

"This is nonesense. What's your purpose on doing this with me? It's not like you at all." I said the moment I positioned myself in front of her.

"Nothing. I just wanna have a little warm up. It's been awhile since I play basketball." She replied nonchalantly.

"Tch, stop lying and tell me already, [F/n]. This is an order. What's your purpose?"

She lifted her head and look straight into my eyes. Her gaze turned colder than before.

"I wanna prove to you that you're wrong. And make you realize that victory isn't everything. Also...

I want the Akashi Seijuro that I know to come back."

That's it. I had enough of this. She's going too far.

My expression immediately change because of anger. I looked straight into her eyes and my hand clenched perfectly beside my waist. "[F/n]. You're really trying my patient. Don't act like you know everything about me, I'm more than you think I am. So back off."

"No."

"What did you say?"

"I'm not leaving."

My eyes widen at her reply. And my patient had reach its limit. In the end, I took a deep sigh and finally took my position in front of her.

"I'll make you regret of what you're doing right now, [F/n]." I said with a smirk plastered on my face. "5 points play. The first one who made it wins."

Your POV

And the game started. Akashi passes the ball to me as I started to do an offense play. I quickly did a full speed dribble towards the ring but Akashi's response was really fast. He blocked my way the moment I wanted to do a lay up shoot. But I dodged it quickly and do a spin.
