Midorima's POV

"Oi, first year! Stop slacking off and run faster! 20 laps in 5 minutes! You better do it right or we'll have some extras after this!"

As I entered Shutoku High, I thought I'm gonna have some relaxing High School times. Also I thought I could start a new life here. Well, I guess I'm just too naive. Especially with the basketball team and the senpais. The practices we have here are really mind blowing and literally push us till the limit. It's kinda similar to Teiko. Plus, there's one person who always challenging a 1 on 1 game everytime I'm practicing my three points. And he's one hell of an annoying person.

"Shin-chaaaan!!! Play 1 on 1 with me pleaase! If I win then it's your turn to pedal that ridiculous cart till I got home! My time as your servant will end now~~~"

I popped a nerve as I watched a certain raven haired boy jogged childishly towards my direction with a basketball in his hands. I clicked my tongue and continued practicing my threes in the other side of the court, tried to ignore him at the same time. Well, eventhough it was useless. Cause after spending almost 2 weeks in Shutoku, this guy always annoyed me and somehow I felt like I'm being watched everytime he's around. But who cares, in the end I managed to made him as my personal servant. Still, he's annoying. Like, REALLY annoying.

"Go away, Takao. I'm not in the mood for a 1 on 1, nanodayo." I said non-chalantly.

"Ugh... You're no fun. Do you realize how many times I challenged you on a game and how many times you rejected it everytime?"

"No. And I don't care about any of that."

"10 TIMES SHIN-CHAAAN! I CHALLENGED YOU 10 TIMES BUT YOU REJECTED IT 10 TIMES! IN A ROW!"

He kept wailing like a 5 year old boy as I sighed in annoyance at his attitude. Unfortunately, we kinda attract everyone's attention in the gymnasium especially the senpais. And the last person that I didn't want to deal with right now is Miyaji-senpai. Well, thanks to Takao we caught that monster's attention as he walked towards us. I could feel a raged aura surrounding him that sent shivers down my spine.

"Well well, what do we have here, huh? Slacking off again heh, first year?" He smirked at us as he gave us some menacing glare.

"M-Miyaji s-senpaaai... Ano, uh w-we were just playing a 1 on 1 before the mini game started. P-Please don't be mad at us." Takao said with a stutter.

"Heeh, but did you know that you can only play 1 on 1 right after the practice ended? Nobody asked you to do this, right?"

"I-It's not true! In fact, I'm not the only one who had this idea. Shin-chan agreed to do so. R-Right, Shin-chan?" Takao replied as he glanced at me and nudged my shoulder over and over.

"I'm not interested in this game from the start, nanodayo. Why are you involve me with this?" I said coldly.

Takao's body got tense in an instant as he turned his head and gave me that "help-me-out" look desperately. The only thing we got as a result was Miyaji-senpai's devilish smirk as he grabbed both of our collars and drag us outside the gymnasium.

"Well guess what you two. No mini game for you today. Besides, I have a better idea. How 'bout you guys have a small running around school? I think that suits you better. 3 hours running non-stop. Got it?"

"H-Huh?! W-Wait a sec. SENPAAI!"
