Chapter 27

It was quite a long way back to the mansion, but eventually Sebastian and Haruka have arrived to the mansion.

Sebastian was walking in the hallway towards Haruka's bedroom, with her sleeping in his arms. When he made it, he payed her on her bed, he brushed a strand of her hair from her face, he is glad that her beloved is safe so he kissed her cheek, and then left.

And he went to Ciel's room to inform him of Haruka's return. When he enters the study, Ciel is standing near the window his gaze in the distant. Then he turns around noticing Sebastian's presence "So is she safe?"

Ciel's POV;
"So is she safe?" I asked him as I look at him.
"Yes she is safe and unharm, young master."

"I see, that's good." I let out a sigh of relief knowing Haruka is safe.
"And there is something else, young master." I turn to look at Sebastian as he takes out an envelope with the Queen's crest on it. I open the envelope and read it.

"It would seem that the Queen has invited me to tonight's ball."
"I see."
"Well then prepare to go to the ball, and make sure Haruka is prepare too." I wave my hand and Sebastian left the room. I do not want to take Haruka with me but it is what the Queen requested, she said that she wants to thank her for her help in the previous case. Also there is another reason, I do not want to leave her alone, of course she should be safe in the mansion with those three here to keep the mansion safe, but that still does not decrease the worry in my mind.

Sebastian's POV;
I am heading down the hallway to Haruka's room, to check on her to make sure she has awakened. But when I entered her room she's not in here, I assume she must've already awaken, so I went to find her. After a couple of minutes I suddenly hear the sound of a piano playing so I head toward the lesson room. And when I entered the room, there she is playing the piano, a beautiful melody coming out every time her fingers lands on a key, her body moving to the sound of the melody, she looked astounding. So I stand there admiring her as she plays of course she doesn't sense my presence.

And eventually the song came to an end and I clapped my hands, and she turned her head in surprise.
"My my I do not know you can play the Piano my dear."

"W-well when I was young we have a piano it was a gift from my father to my mother. My mother was a good, so she taught me, and when I was a slave that man sometimes ordered me to play for him but I didn't quite enjoyed playing for him, so I sometimes played for the other servants and they loved it. Playing always helped me calmed down, it helps me to express my feeling when I cannot express them in words."

"I see. Then Haruka would you please accompany me and the young master to tonight's ball."
"A ball? Where?"
"At the palace."

In the evening
"AHHHHHHHGGG. SEBAS-uh-TIAN ISN't IT TOO TIGHT!"
"Please be patience my dear, We're almost there just one more deep breath." Sebastian said as he pulls the last string to my corset.

"I hate these corsets."

"Now now my dear it is something a proper lady must wear, and after all we are going to the Queen's ball." Sebastian then left the room because Ciel called for him.
Mey-rin enters to help me in my new dress (the one in the left but it's up to you which one you like), the gown has an elegant air to it and it has the color black.

After I finish I head down to the entrance where Ciel and Sebastian are waiting, they're face 0.0,
Along the ride to the castle Ciel seems to be avoiding my gaze his face red, Sebastian on the other hand keeps on staring at me and it made me blush, what's the matter with my dress anyway?
And eventually we arrive at the palace, lots of nobles and important people are there, and I feel uneasy but Sebastian holds my hand to ease my uneasiness, and of course the palace was....amazingly gorgeous. Now I feel butterflies in my tummy.

(Let's just say that the book of murder event has not yet to happen, because Charles Frey and Charles Phipps didn't suspect why Sebastian is alive)

Then two man in white came toward us.
"Ah Earl Phantomhive it's nice to have you here." The shorter man said.
"The Queen will speak to you after the ball so please enjoy the ball, and that must be Miss Haruka Yukimura." The taller man then bows and I bowed too.

"My name is Charles Phipps the Queen's butler."
"And my name is Charles Grey we go by the name 'Double Charles' nice to meet you Miss." Mr. Grey then winks at me. I felt Sebastian's hand gripped mine harder.
Then we head to accompany Ciel to meet some of the nobles.

After a few moments somebody called out,
"Haruka!" It was Alois along with Claude. And I wave back, then Alois begins running toward me and he hugged me.
"It's great to see you again."
"You too Alois." "Hey let her go Alois!" Ciel suddenly pulled me to him.
"You're no fun Ciel, I just want some time with Haruka, since we haven't seen each other awhile."
"No she's accompanying me today, go find someone else."
"No she'll be accompanying me." And there they go again bickering and the two butlers are throwing glaring knifes at each other, I face palmed.

"Alright that's enough you two, this isn't how to act in a ball."
"Okay then fine, but I'll accompany you too Ciel because I want to be near Haruka." Alois as he grabbed my hand. Ciel looked annoyed,
"Fine do what you want." Then Ciel started walking with Alois and I followed behind and then Sebastian and Claude, still having a heavy atmosphere around them.

'This is going to be a tough night...." I thought to myself.
