David yawned loudly as he woke up, immediately hearing his older brother yelling at him from the other side of the wall. He chuckled and stood up, stretching his arms as he walked out of his room.

His father was in the kitchen, making pancakes. "Mornin'," David said as he grabbed a plate and some pancakes.

"Hey. Sorry I haven't been around."

"It's fine," David smiled, His dad was a single parent who had to take care of three (probably spoiled) boys so of course he'd spend more time at work. Gotta earn that money.

David's older brother by 10 minutes, Andreas, walked in and basically yelled, "Good morning!" through his yawn.

"And you call me loud," David smirked.

"Ha."

The family ate in silence for a while, the third son also not waking up like the lazy bones he is.

"By the way, how's it going with Sean?" Andreas smirked at David whose eyes widened. And then he glared at him.

"What happened to Jack?" his dad asked.

"Nothing!" David almost shouted. Andreas snickered.

His father didn't push on the matter and David was really relieved of that. He was soon out of his apartment into the bus stop, playing Candy Crush on his phone. Other people David really didn't socialise with piled up and soon the bus came.

David grinned instantly as he saw Sean in the back seat, waving at him.

"Hi!" Sean said as David sat down.

"Sup," David replied.

"Tired."

"My brother is a dick."

Sean snickered and leaned further into his seat.

Comfortable silence overwhelmed the two until the bus stopped and Lui walked in.

"Hi!" Lui squeaked in his kid voice.

"Wait, what are you doing here. You're like, 9! You're on the wrong bus, bro!" David teased. Lui rolled his eyes and sat down next to David and to the window seat.

"No Marcel again?" Sean asked.

"That was probably a one time thing..."

"Aww. Why?"

"He just stayed at my place and that's why he got here."

"But I'm pretty sure he'll stay at your place again," David winked. He immediately noticed the slight blush on Lui's cheeks and the shifting. Sean rolled his eyes at them.

They soon reached the school.

"See ya, Jack!" David and Lui waved as Sean got dragged away by Felix, like always at Monday mornings.

"Oh god, I'm not ready for Math," David sighed.

"You're never ready for Math," Lui smirked.

They walked in, seeing everyone in the class laughing about something.

"What'd we miss?" Lui asked.

"Aleks managed to fart bomb the locker room Friday evening while in detention! And the stench is still there," Jonathan wheezed.

"We saw 2-C trying to go in there and they just ran out panting like pussies!" Craig giggled.

"I went to Bryce and asked like, "You okay?" and he just coughed in my face!" Ze snickered.

Double rolled his eyes as Bodil began another laughing fit. "I got a wiff of it, actually. It was as bad as they portrayed it, " Ghost shuddered.

David and Lui shook their heads as they sat down.

Arlan ran in along with some others and the school bell rang.

Soon enough, mr. Aceti walked in as well and class could really begin.

-Time skip to lunch-

"So what's on the agenda tonight?" Tyler asked.

"I'm busy," Marcel replied.

"Same here," Lui smiled slightly.

After all the shit that had gone down the two had sort of forgotten their little date. Plus, school was hectic last week with it's new projects in literally every class. But now they agreed on going to a movie tonight. Marcel didn't tell Lui what movie it was, but he said it'll be cool.

Tyler shrugged at them, "Because I wanna play Prop Hunt."

"I'm in!" Craig grinned.

"Nope, gotta teach this nerd stuff," Brock pointed at Brian while Brian raised his hands up in the air saying, "Yay," in a very unamused voice. He had gotten used to being back in school fairly quickly. But now Brock had to tutor him a bit to cover anything else he missed while in a coma.

"Can I invite Sean this time?" David asked.

"Yes! We haven't played with him in a long time!" Tyler smiled. He turned at Jonathan and Evan, "What about you two lovebirds?"

Jonathan almost choked on his soda, while Evan stopped midway in biting into his sandwich. They both glared at Tyler menacingly, while Tyler just wheezed.

"I'm in, sure," Jonathan sighed.

"I'm out," Evan took the bite from his sandwich. "Jeez, how big is your family problem?" Jonathan whispered to him, leaning closer.

Evan's eyes widened under his sunglasses as he looked away. "Really big. Don't question it." he lied. He just didn't want to be around Jonathan in hopes of not bouncing on him. And not confessing online in front of everyone.

Jonathan sighed and looked at his tray again.

"And Droidd. Whatchu say?" Tyler asked.

Arlan shrugged, "I don't know if I have something or not. My parents said they may take me along, but I dunno."

"Take you along where?" Brock asked.

"Some formal ball. You guys know how my dad is slowly becoming the CEO of Creek Enterprises."

"Wait, this is the first time I'm hearing of this," Jonathan raised an eyebrow. Everyone else snickered at him.

"And he wants me to learn a bit of the business in case I choose to go that way..." Droidd leaned his head on his hand, making a weird face as his cheek was pressured upwards with his hand.

"Okay then," Tyler shrugged and chuckled.

"Wait, so essentially it's gonna only be the five players then?" Craig blinked at Tyler.

"Who cares, we'll still have a game!" Tyler smiled.
