A/n : Here is part 2 guys I hope you like it xx.
#Jxx.Spring break just started, which means Harry hasn't even spoken to Jana in two weeks. He's going insane. Every text, every call, every knock on her door has been left unanswered. Anxiety has been consuming him, there isn't one place he can go without panicking he'd see Jana happier without him, or see Jana with someone else. What makes him even crazier is that he hasn't seen her at all. She hasn't been in school, she hasn't shown up to the clubs she was apart of. There isn't one place he has seen her; heard her. She went completely missing from his life, and nothing drives him crazier than that.
This is Harry's third time calling her today, but he just wants to hear her voicemail-he just wants to hear her voice. He almost forgot what it sounds like, and he can't live like that.
"Hey, you've reached Jana's phone , I'm sorry I can't pick up the phone right now cuz am ummm busy hahahahhaha but leave your message after the beep."
He sucks in a breath, the beep loud and crisp in his ear. He just wanted to hear her voice he missed her laugh, he hasn't even planned on leaving a voicemail, he hasn't left one for any calls he's made. But maybe that's what she wants, to hear him apologize in his own voice, to hear how bad and guilty he actually feels. Maybe, that's what she wanted the whole time.
"Hey," He mumbles nervously, "I'm sorry. I miss you, like, really miss you. Where have you been? You're making me lose my mind, Jana . I'm mentally going insane here, I just miss you so much. Please, call me back. I'm sorry."
He places his phone down on his counter, staring at his phone for a couple of minutes to see if Jana calls back. She doesn't.
He lets out a scream, leaning his head into his hands, screaming into his skin. Tears cover his hands, rubbing them onto his face. This is the worst feeling he has ever gone through. Everything is ripping him apart, breaking him down, destroying him. He needs her to put him back together, where is she when he needs her?
Where was he when she needed him?
"Harry, what are you doing?"
Harry lifts his head out of his hands, his mother standing next to him with deep concern. She has one hand on his back, the other pulling his arms down so that she can look at him.
"What's wrong? Why aren't you in London? Didn't your plane leave this morning?"
Harry looks at his mother like she's speaking another language. He was never supposed to go to London, he wasn't supposed to go anywhere this morning, besides school.
"What plane? London? What are you talking about?"
"With Jana. You were supposed to go to London with her. She had this planned for months now."
Harry shakes his head, eyes still dazed with confusion.
"Harold, if you forgot about this trip I am going to kill you. Jana took out all her money in the bank for this. She sacrificed nearly everything she had so that she could get you a vacation. She surprised you with it, didn't she?"
He stares at his mother for a few more moments, trying to figure out what's going on. But she doesn't even know what's going on. And he needs answers.
"I have to go." He mumbles, grabbing his phone and car keys before rushing out of his house.
He stumbles along the appliances of his car. First he drops his keys, then he can barely open his car door, and drops his keys again while trying to push them into the ignition. He doesn't even buckle his seat belt. He can't, because Jana could be home. She might have not gone to London, and he can't miss out on the chance on seeing her again.
He speeds down the road, driving through traffic lights and passing through stop signs. He just needs to get to her house, even if it means putting himself in danger.
When he reaches her house, he runs down her driveway. He needs answers, and he needs them now. He knocks on her front door, trying to catch his breath, shoving his hands in his front pockets.
Jana's dad answers the door, and he nearly falls backward when he sees Harry standing there. He didn't expect it, but it sure was one hell of a surprise.
"Is Jana here?" Harry asks, panting, and face dripping with sweat.
Jana's dad leans against they doorway, his fingertips grazing his mustache.
"She's gone, Harry. She went to London. She planned on bringing you with, but she said she needed time to herself, to get out of the area for the bit. She's coming back before school starts up again."
Harry grabs the side of his head in his hands. He's pressing his palms against his temples dangerously tight. He's twisting his neck in every direction, almost in physical pain. Everything is so confusing, he doesn't understand anything that's going on.
"What is going on?!" He yells.
Jana's dad places his hand on his shoulder, patting him. He knows everything that happened. The break up, the fighting, the secrets. He knows everything about it, but he feels bad for Harry. Even though he was wrong, he wasn't the one who ended things. He has met Harry plenty of times before, it was the only way they could hang out. He knew him like he was apart of the family. So he can tell by the look of him that he's off, somewhere far away, far from reality.
"I wanna show you something." He says.
Harry looks up at him, nodding slightly before following him into the house. Her dad offers Harry a cup of coffee, but he declines. Jana's father nods before leading Harry to Jana's piano room.
"She sold her piano."
Harry's eyes widened. He has never met anybody who has loved an instrument more than Jana loved her piano. She told him she never went a day without playing it, ever since she was seven. It was a part of her, it grew up with her. He can't believe she would ever do something like that.
"W-what? Her piano? Why? Why would she do that?"
"She's been saving up money since Freshman year to buy a new one. But when she met you, she suddenly started signing up for extra shifts at the car shop, selling things that'd get her a couple hundred dollars."
"Why, though? Why did she do all that ever since she met me?"
He sighs, taking a seat against the wall of the room. He pats his hand down to signal Harry to sit with him, which he gladly obliges to.
"Look, Harry," her father groans, "I get it. You think you're some hot shot who's too valuable to date my daughter publicly. No matter how scum that makes you, and how scummy it is, my daughter is in love with you. And when you told her everything had to be secret, she decided to spend her money on a trip with you instead. She just wanted you guys to spend time lone for a couple of weeks, somewhere where you could just be yourselves, you know? Selling her piano was really the only way she could do that. She was really looking forward to it, but before she could surprise you the thing happened and-"
"Oh no." Harry sobs.
He cradles his head in his hands, guilt eating his insides. She planned so much for them, as a couple. She put so much effort and sacrificed so much just so that she can spend alone time with him, take him on dates in the city of London. She put in so much time for him, and he gave her nothing. He gave her only a fraction of the attention he should have.
"I have to go to London." He says suddenly, and once he says it, there is not a trace of doubt in him.
"I have to go to London. She needs to know that I want that, too, that I care."
He nods viciously, not waiting for her dad to answer, because he's already half way out the door. He knows what he has to do, he knows what he needs to do. And he's willing to do anything to get it done. And what they both didnt know that they ll be back together , they ll be the best couple , he ll be the best caring husband , boyfriend , bestfriend , dad just for her cuz he love her so much ❤️.
