Rachel's P.O.V.
I woke up the next morning early.
When I slipped out of the bed I noticed Skylars bed was empty.
In fact, it didn't look like she had slept in it at all.
I searched beneath my pillow for my phone and when I located it, called Skylar.
She didn't answer so I sent her a text asking where she was and if she was okay.
I grabbed some clothes and headed to the bathroom then, getting washed and dressed into something casual.
Heading out of my bathroom, I checked my phone again.
No reply from Skylar but I had a text from Louis.
I sighed a little as I read it.
'Can we hang out later? We really need to talk'
I really didn't want to talk to him.
He ignored me straight out for two days, now it was my turn.
I didn't reply and just headed out of the room and to my first class.
My day passed by pretty quickly.
Skylar was in my first class. She told me she had stayed out last night with a friend. And even though she wouldn't tell me who the friends was I was happy she was safe.
My other classes were okay as well.
I was starting to get to know other people in my classes too so it wasn't too bad.
As I was walking out of my last class I felt my phone buzz in my pocket.
I pulled it out quickly checking the caller ID.Louis.
I clicked ignore quickly and kept walking.
Throughout the day I had been wondering where it was Skylar had stayed last night. She had seemed really uncomfortable when I was asking her about it. I couldn't understand why.
Suddenly, someone grabbing my wrist pulled me out of my train of thought.
I turned to be faced with Louis."We really need to talk Rach" his voice came out softly.
I pulled my hand out of his grasp.
"About what?" I snapped back.
He sighed.
"Friday night. Yesterday morning" he started.
I shrugged.
"About Friday. I shouldn't have stormed out like that" he began.
I folded my arms.
"No. No, you shouldn't have. And ignoring me for two days? What the hell Louis?" I replied.
"I'm sorry, okay? I completely over-reacted. And about yesterday, with Eleanor - It wasn't like it was a date or anything. We were just catching up - we hadn't talked since before summer" he explained.
I shrugged.
"Look Louis, it's none of my business who you go out with" I muttered.
He ran a hand through his hair awkwardly, messing it up.
"Rach, I could tell you were annoyed. Although really you hadn't much right to be when you were out with him" it was his turn to fold his arms.
I narrowed my eyes.
"Ashton you mean? For god sakes Louis, what the hell is your problem with him?!" I snapped.
He seemed a little taken aback.
"I don't have a problem with him-" he began but I cut him off.
"Oh please! My first night here, you freaked out and dragged me away from him. Then you saw him in my room Friday and stormed off ignoring me for two days. And now this? Louis seriously-"
"I don't have a problem with him. I have a problem with you and him" he cut me off completely.
I felt my eyes widen.
Before I had a chance to respond I felt his lips meet mine.
After the initial shock of what was happening I melted into the kiss, wrapping my arms around his neck.
He pulled back after a minute, pressing his forehead against mine.
"Can we meet up and talk about this later?" he whispered.
I felt myself smile.
"Of course" I pulled away from him completely, suddenly worried someone would see us and tell Harry.
"This sounds awful but please just don't tell anybody about this, okay?" he asked.
I nodded.
"Of course" I replied softly.
"I'll call you later" he promised before he started to walk off.
I just nodded, still dazed at what had happened.
