Tricia's POV
Why did I have to be so stubborn? He did kiss me in front of those cheerleaders. And now that I think about it, I did overreact a little when he said he didn't want to get caught by teachers. I just hope things can change and be better. My phone rings and I answer it without looking at caller id.
"Hello." I shouted into the phone.
"I'm sorry. I'm really, really sorry, Tricia. I've been sitting in my dorm for the past couple of days thinking about you and how much I really love you. It hurts being without you. I know you are probably still mad from the other day and I'm sorry for what I said. Can you meet me at the track in thirty minutes?" Zayn said.
"Alright. Meet you there." I said. I hung up and threw my phone on the bed. I went over to my dresser and got out my white tank top and white and black shorts. I slipped them on, then put on my knee length socks. I put on my Jordans and grabbed my phone, then headed out the door.
It felt really good out today and I'm actually kind of happy to be going to see Zayn. It's that I've really missed talking to him and seeing his face. I guess he had that effect on me where I couldn't let him go no matter what.
I arrived at the track and Zayn's sitting in the bleachers. He's looking down with his hands on his forehead. My heart skipped a beat as he looked up. He started to look around and he finally spotted me. He ran over and lifted me up.
"I've missed you, Tricia. I really do like you." Zayn said into my ear.
"I missed you, too." I said. He put me down and kissed my forehead. "What is it that you wanted to talk about?" He grabbed me by my waist and looked me straight in the eye.
