Rachel's P.O.V.

The blizzard lasted nearly two days. It was late at night the next day when I finally got back to my room. It was pretty late so I took a shower and headed straight to bed.

I didn't wake up till 11 the next morning. Both Skylar and Tricia were already gone when I woke up. Since today was Thursday I didn't have any classes, which was a tad annoying.

As nerdy as it sounded, I wanted to get back to my classes.

I got out of bed after almost 10 minutes and got changed quickly into something simple.

Once I was ready, I grabbed my phone, unsure of who to call.

I knew Louis had classes. So did Sky and Tricia. And Harry.

I went into my contact list and one of the first names was Ashton - why not?

Pressing 'Call', I lifted the phone to me ear.

It took him a couple of rings, but finally he answered.

"Hello?" his voice was husky.

"Did I wake you?" I asked, not bothering to mention who I was.

"Rachel? Em- no- no- you didn't wake me. I've been up for hours" he rambled, though I could tell he was lying.

"Oh really? That's good cause I'm like right outside your door now. You mid letting me in?" I lied effortlessly.

I could hear shuffling on the other end.

"You're-em-you're here?" he asked, panicked.

I burst out laughing at that.

"No Ash, I'm totally screwing with you.. Are you free though? I've no classes today and I'm bored" I explained.

He sighed.

"You had me properly worried there" he muttered.

I rolled my eyes.

"Are you or aren't you free?" I asked again.

"Yeah, sure.. I don't really have anything to do.. Why don't you come over here?" he suggested.

I nodded, then realising he couldn't see me answered.

"See you soon" I hung up then before he had a chance to say anything else.

I set off straight away for his place, stopping along the way to pick up a cup of tea and a breakfast roll.

When I got to the room, it was Michael who answered the door.

"Hey Rach. I didn't know you were coming over" he greeted, smiling warmly.

I grinned in return.

"I've got like no classes today so I figured why not" I shrugged, walking through the door, past him.

"To see Ashton?" he gave me a wink as he said it.

I frowned slightly.

"Well yeah, why?" I asked.

He rolled his eyes playfully.

"Oh no reason.." he trailed off, teasingly.

Before I had a chance to really think about what he had said, Ashton walked in.

"Rachel! Hey!" he greeted, smiling widely.

I grinned in return.

"Hey Ashton" I replied, causing Michael to grin widely.

What the hell was with him?!

"So what do ya wanna do?" Ashton asked, ignoring Michael.

I shrugged.

"I'm up for whatever. We could go see The new Transformers movie? It looks good.." I suggested.

"Michael, you should come too. It'd be fun! The three of us hardly ever hang out!" I quickly added, worried that Ashton wold get the wrong idea and think it was a date.

Ashton was after all great, but I really wasn't sure where me and Louis were at the minute. We weren't exclusively a couple of anything but we were definitely a thing..

And I wouldn't do anything to jeopardise whatever sort of relationship we had.

Ashton looked slightly disappointed but within a second had recomposed himself.

"Sure..Sure. Let's get going" Ashton smiled weakly.
