Chapter Nine

I used the Harashin-no-Jutsu to teleport home and get my stuff. Kakashi walked into my room a few minutes later, packed for his mission. I smiled sadly at him. I finished packing my clothes and weapons, so I zipped up the duffel bag and my backpack. I walked over to Kakashi and hugged him. I said, "I really wish you didn't have to go...."

"Sorry Arashi but it's my job. I have to go. Don't worry so much. Your probably going to have fun the whole time I'm gone anyway. I'll bet Kiba will keep you so busy you wont even think of me." Kakashi said.

"I'll miss you no matter what Daddy and you know it.." I said.

He pulled out of the hug and put a hand opn my head. He gave me his closed eyed smile and said, "I really have to go, I was supposed to leave an hour ago..."

I smiled slightly and said, "Go on then. I'm not going to stop you."

"Alright. See you later Arashi." Kakashi said kissing the top of my head through his mask.

"Bye daddy." I said. And just like that he was gone in a puff of smoke. I put on my backpack and threw the duffel bag over my shoulder. Come on Arashi! Focus on the positive! Think about it you'll be spending an entire week with Kiba! Maybe even more! Plus you can go see your friends when ever you want because without Kakashi team 7 can't get any missions. Plus you can still train everyday like always. Maybe I can even teach Saber and Chase the signals for riding. Then I can work with Layla ......OK well Time to surprise Kiba!

I started to just teleport there but a black crow came to the window. Oh crap! Now I've got to go to the Hokage? Are you kidding me?

I changed my destination but still used the Harashin-no-Jutsu. i made it to where I was inside his office, too lazy to wait on him saying come in. The Hokage looked surprised and instantly stopped talking to Ibiki, as well as the other Jonin. I bow to the Hokage and once he had nodded in return I walked over to Ibiki and bumped him in the leg with my hip. He in turn kicked me and that was all there was for a greeting.

I walked over to the Hokage's desk and hopped up to sit down. The same Anbu was standing there so he didn't even move when I did this. I looked to Hakage-sama. I made sure my tone was respectful and switched to my 'adult mode' because there are so many people in the room. I asked, "You sent for me?"

"Yes well I sent Kakashi out on a mission. The mission is at least a week but he could be gone longer. I was worried about you being home alone all the time and would like for you to stay with someone while Kakashi is gone." Hakage-sama explained. "Understand that this is merely a suggestion, not an order. You may deny my suggestion if you want to."

"Thank you for your concern Hokage-sama, but I guess I should inform you that it's already taken care of. Dad already had warned me earlier and I already have a place to stay." I said.

"Where will you be staying? I need to know in case I need to send for you or if I get anything sent to you." Hokage-sama asked.

"Well I'll kind of be staying at, well Kiba's." I mumbled.

"Lord Hokage I would like to request that she stay with me instead." Ibiki said.

"Ibiki this is her decision." Hokage-sama said.

Someone picked me up from the side and I freaked....again. I flipped over them, so I was on their backs with my hands around their throat. Everyone paused and looked at me shocked. I released her quickly and said, "Dammit Anko! You knew I was gonna react like that. I always do."
