Chapter Fifteen

Arashi's POV

I woke up screaming again, just like I have every night for the last month. I looked over at the clock to find it was only 4 a.m. This is about the time I would wake up every night and then stay up with Gaara.... Damn, I'm going to really miss him....

I rolled out of bed and wrote Dad a note quickly telling him where I would be, if he got home before me. I got dressed and threw some chakra and food pills into my ninja pouch, knowing I would need them. I walked out the door quickly and went to the hospital. I walked up to the receptionist and said, "I'm here to help where ever I can. Can you give me a few charts to work with?"

"Arashi, sure." She smiled at me. "I was hoping I'd see you here. We can really use your help right now. Here are your friends charts. I figured you'd want to work on them youself first."

"Thank you so much." I said. I walked quickly towards Kiba's room first. I walked in to find him in pretty bad shape. I quickly got to work healing him completely. I wrote him a quick note :

Kiba,

When your able and ready, come find me.

I went to Neji's, Naurto's, Shikimaru's, Choji's, and Sakura's rooms. I healed all of them the best I could. I went to Lee's room last, knowing there was nothing I could do for him. I checked his vitals and everything, before I left. I returned the charts to the front desk and was handed another stack. I took a Chakra pill and got to work healing them as well.

I took stack after stack of charts, healing as many people as I could. Soon I sat in the staff room, eating a rice ball, trying to restore as much energy and chakra as I could. A few nurses came and went, thanking me for my help. I went back took a few more charts. At my last pateints room I finally took notice it was light outside. I check the next clock I saw and it was about noon.

I walked back to the front desk and turned in my charts. She retch for more but I stopped her. I said, "I think I'm going to get lunch and relax a little. If I can I'll come back later, but I pretty much used all my chakra and I've already taken 2 Chakra pills. Sorry but I really think I'm done for the day."

"Arashi don't be silly! You've helped much more than I could ask out of any of the nurses here! Go and take care of yourself. You've been taking care of others for almost 7 and a half hours now." She said.

"Alright, I'll see you around." I said waving.

I walked to the BBQ place and sat in a booth in the back corner. A waitress walked up and asked, "Hello, can I take your order?"

"Sure, I'll have the variety ribs and a side of mini-riceballs, also a half order of pork dumplings." I ordered.

"Sure thing. Anything to drink?" She asked.

"Green tea please." I said.

She walked to the kitchen and came back quickly with my tea. I poured a cup and relished in the warmth it gave me. Each sip was like a revival or something. I quickly finished my first cup and poured a second. I looked up as I felt a fimiliar Chakra signiture enter the resturant. I waved him over and he walked quickly over to me taking the seat across from me.

Before either of us could say anything, the waitress walked up and asked Kiba, "Hello sir, is there anything I can get you?"

"I'll have the same thing as her." He answered quickly.

"Of course." She replied.

Kiba looked at me anxiously. I sighed and said, "Kiba relax, please? I mean I just spent the last 7 and a half hours stretching my Chakra and energy to the limit and taking Chakra pills so I could keep working at the hospital. You're making me tense and I'd rather just relax for a little while, before I decide if I can go back or not."
