"You can't marry him Vaani" I said staring deep in her eyes gritting my teeth my chest tighten with unfamiliar and unbearable pain , just the thought of her being with someone else kills...
Hum pe sitaaron ka ehsaan ho Poora adhoora har armaan ho Ek-doosre se jo baandhe humein Baahon mein nanhi si ek jaan ho Aabaad ho chhota sa ghar Lag na sake kisi ki nazar Mere dil mein jagah Khuda ki khaali thi Dekha wahan pe aaj tera chehra hai Main bhatakta hua sa ek baadal hoon Jo tere aasmaan pe aa ke thehra hai

After 3 Years
Shimmering golden spotlight swept across the glamorous audience, finally locking onto her.
Vaani stood at the grand podium, her fingers lightly gripping the edge, the weight of the trophy solid and warm in her hands.
"Are the photos coming out good?" she asked softly into the microphone tilting her head, a playful spark in her eyes as she glanced down at the front row. The technician began to shift the heavy light, but she raised a hand, her bangles jingling over the audio.
"Oh, no, no! Please don't move the spotlight to him. This is my third award ceremony of the year, and I am telling you all, my incredibly shy husband is going to scold me at home for doing this." A ripple of laughter echoed through the massive auditorium. Down in the VIP section, Nirvaan instinctively lowered his head, a helpless smile breaking across his face as he tried to hide behind the lapel of his tailored tuxedo blazer.
His cheeks were already burning. his eyes were moist as he was recording her clicking her photos , while taking the award a proud husband "
"But I am still going to do it anyway--" she paused, pouting playfully before wiggling her eyebrows down at him.
The crowd loved it, and Nirvaan just shook his head, a soft, low chuckle escaping his lips as he looked up at her with pure adoration."The biggest reason I am standing up here tonight, holding this Best Singer award, is him," Vaani's voice softened, turning deeply emotional.
"My husband. Can I please have my husband up on stage with me?" The auditorium erupted. Loud hooting and wild cheers echoed from every corner, the crowd chanting their favorite couple name in unison: "VaaNir! VaaNir!"
The main spotlight cracked open, tracking Nirvaan as he finally stood up. Dozens of flashing camera lenses followed his every step. Keeping his head slightly low to fight the fierce blush creeping up his neck, he walked up the stairs and onto the stage. The moment he reached her side, he didn't care about the cameras; he leaned down and pressed a warm, lingering peck against her forehead. The crowd's hooting doubled in volume, making both of their cheeks flush a deep, happy red.
Vaani looked out at the sea of faces, her fingers tightening around Nirvaan's hand.
"Love is the most beautiful feeling in this world, and being loved so entirely is a true blessing," she said, her voice echoing with absolute sincerity. "If he wasn't standing beside me, anchoring me through every storm, I don't think I would have ever been able to make it to this stage."
